1000V2, 300, and 200 watt solar panels power my camping needs. No problem keeping my camp refrigerator going for weeks. Good stuff that works!
First, the biggest reason I wanted this power station was to use while traveling and camping. I know it wasn't technically meant for travel and is quite heavy, but I wanted something I could use for both emergencies at home and for travel. I camp often with my mother who uses a CPAP Machine at night. We've always been tired of being stuck at the power sites far from the view. We had a trip a couple years ago that I had gotten a small power bank on amazon that a couple reviews Swore ran a CPAP for multiple nights... It was a bust. It ran her machine one night and needed more than 10 hours to charge back up Every Single Time.
Well, we tested this one at her house for 7 days straight before we went traveling. I had read that using a 12volt cord for a CPAP pulls less constant power so I got that for her machine beforehand. She used her machine and charged her phone from almost dead every night. Starting at 100% charge- (6-7hrs nightly) it took 8-9% charge each night. By the end of the test, we still had 40%. So I fully expected it to take at least 6+ hours to charge back up to 100%. NOPE! checked it 2 hours later and it was done! I didn't fully pay attention to exactly how long to charge. So on our month long trip with a whole lot of camping last month. I used it to blow up 2 large air mattresses, run her CPAP, and charge her phone. Still only lost 8% the next day. My mom unfortunately accidently left her regular power cord at home for her CPAP, but we got to put this power bank to the real test and had to use it every night for 28 days. We camped in hot and cold (down to 31 degrees F) with barely a change in power usage. I waited to charge it until it drained down to 20% (took 8 days of constant use by more than just her CPAP) so I could actually time how long it takes to charge back up. It took 45 Minutes!! That's it! Now that was plugging it into a wall outlet at hotels, in between camping (longest we camped consecutively was 4 nights). I did have a different brand solar panel that I planned to charge it with but couldn't because I didn't realize it needed an adaptor, otherwise it only works with Jackery solar panels. That was the Only issue I had. Now my mom can camp Anywhere! So it definitely felt worth the money. I have no doubt it would come in handy in a pinch for larger power issues.
Great packaging and quick delivery.
Love the new size and carrying bag, way to step up your game Jackery!!
Excellent purchase. Quiet, no gas, just need room.
Keep costs affordable I'll purchase more panels.
Good work Jackery.
I like the way they design they car charging cables. The plug type that use in the port of the device doesn’t burn out like other portable power stations that uses a different port. For example, Bluetti and EcoFlo
Living in an area of frequent power outages makes the Jackery Power Station an essential work-from-home appliance. Given the parallel frequent red flag warnings and restrictions on outdoor generators, this is the most efficient way to go. I currently have 3 of these units. One for laptop, monitor, and desk lighting, one for routers, modems, etc..., and a third for small household appliances.
I love both the product and installation. It appears very user-friendly compared to other similar brands. Our electrician Enmanuel Ramos is the best in the field.. He is very knowledgable, methodical, neat, and was able to creatively and artistically make the set up look like it belonged in a small room and space.
