The Jackery Explorer 2000 is the MOST POWERFUL in our Explorer family.
With 2060Wh capacity, 2200W AC inverter (4400W Surge), the Explorer 2000 will power most of the appliances and tools for outdoor activities or home emergency use.
Our Product & Design team has devoted over a year to invent a technology for creating a smarter, more user friendly, and higher efficient operating system - the Solarpeak Technology® (an upgraded MPPT solar regulator). Its algorithm can identify, monitor, and maximize the greatest available input in concurrency, extracting the most sizable solar energy under all conditions. It adds up 30% more solar recharging efficiency.

Tex
Green
Captures energy directly from the sun instead of fossil fuel; creating zero carbon dioxide or other pollutants
Quiet
The Explorer 2000’s internal build is steadily designed to operate without any noise
Easy to Use
Simply press the "ONE BUTTON" to start the solar generators
Only Initial Cost
No extra cost on fuel and maintenance
Air Pollution
Uses fossil fuel to generate electricity, adding carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, making our living condition worse
Noisy
It is loud and disturbing
Hard to Start Up, WAY LESS User-Friendly, Time Consuming
Comparing with our "One Button Starts All" portable solar generators, the traditional generators are less convenient
Ongoing Cost and High Maintenance
Need to spend $$$ for gasoline, changing spark plugs and maintenance

A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than total 2200Watt. Once exceeding, the Explorer 2000 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.
A: Working time = 2080Wh* 0.85 / operating wattage of your device
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 2060Wh*0.85/60w=29.2hrs (rough calculated) .
Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.
A: You can use the Explorer 2000 to charge other things, while it's being re-charged the same time. However, it is scientifically NOT recommended because it will decrease the battery life cycle.
A: No, the Explorer 2000 can't be used as UPS, need to press the power button to turn on the AC/USB /DC output, so it can't turn on and off automatically.
A: Yes, Explorer 2000 power stations have a built-in MPPT controller.
A: To check the charge level of the Explorer 2000, refer to the LCD Battery Display.
A: Yes, you can keep it plugged in to continue charging. It won't cause any battery damage.
A: Yes, the Explorer 2000 is safe to use indoors.
A: When the power station is charged at a low power (constant current stage), the charging power is the largest. With the increase of the power, the internal battery pack voltage of the energy storage gradually increases to the charging limit voltage and then enters the constant current stage (the charging power gradually decreases to full). In the later stage of charging, the charging power gradually decreases. Please kindly take a long time to charge to 100%.
A: Please kindly check the video in the following instructions:
A: All output ports of Jackery power stations are regulated. The voltage won't change when the battery power decreases.
A: No, the batteries inside of Jackery power station can't be replaceable.
A: The Explorer 2000 is not waterproof. Please do not store them in humid environment for longtime.
A: Yes, you can use the Explorer 2000 to charge devices, while it's being re-charged at the same time.
