  • Why the solar can not produce 100W power when charging to Jackery power station?

    As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

  • Is the solar panel waterproof?

    It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water).

  • How to clean the solar panel surface?

    We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

Significantly larger than I expected from the photos on your website, and did not come with a usb-c adapter for my jackery explorer 300 plus which was unfortunate. That being said its sturdy, with a nicely designed set of legs to prop it up. I'd buy it again.

I don't really like leaving reviews for products especially if I haven't had it long enough to really experience it, but here you go. My previous solar saga 100w quit working and apparently there is not a way to have it repaired. Seems like a waste, but I did buy a new one. The new one is far less quality than the old one. The edges and the legs of the panel are rough and easily scratch me when I am setting it up. The part that goes into the jackery power station wiggles around and falls out easily. The cord is short and barely stretches from outside into the van where the power station is set up. It will not work with the extension cord I have that worked with my last solar saga 100w. But, it the panel itself works well enough.

The Jackery Solar panels worked seamlessly with my Jackery 3000 pro! However, I think they have the connectors on the panels upside down - pointing up, which would allow water to seep into the connector. I recommend that that flip it 180 degrees so water flows away from the connector.

These do the trick to charge up a Jackery Power Station.

We ordered two sets of solar panels to be able to charge our Jackery Power Station quicker.
We tried them, as soon as the Power Station arrived and as soon as we figured out how to connect the panels to the station we were ready to charge and it did a good job, even in low cloudy light, it charged very well.
I just wish the instructions said to
"Unhook the end that horseshoes around from the cable, before connecting to the power station." It would have really saves us a lot of soul searching when just learning how to use these kind of things.
Very happy with our power station and the Solar Panels too.
A very good deal, when you are concerned about the power grid going down, now I have back-up power.

Works well. The panel generated 96 watts on our first outing. Downside was that the cord bag on the back of the panel mostly separated from the panel within two days of using the panel in May sunshine in Idaho. The simple orientation bullseye is an excellent feature. Recommended

At the moment, we are unable to provide an internal electrical schematic or circuit diagram for the SolarSaga 100W panel. However, we can confirm that the panel includes a multifunction cable and integrated USB charging module designed for direct device charging.
