A: Jackery 300W solar panel only can be used to recharge the Jackery E1000PRO and E2000PRO.
Due to the Open Circuit Voltage of 300W solar panel is high to reach 36.2V, which is too much for the DC input voltage of E1500/E1000/E500/E300/E240 ,
So it cannot be used to recharge the E1500/E1000/E500/E300/E240 generators.
Q: Can the 300W new solar panel charge other brands of generator?
A: The Jackery 300W solar panel can be used to recharge the other brand's generator, only if the other barnd's generator can accept is DC12-36V, 11.1A.
Sorry that we don't have an adaptor for other brands' generator, we can tell the detailed size of Jackery dc output is DC8mm(8.0X5.5X2.0MM).
