Extension cable extends solar panel reach, enabling customers to charge generators while keeping them in shade. Customers praised "solid build quality" and compatibility with various setups. Some noted cable length limitations, with a few wishing for longer options (15ft+). Compatibility issues arose for some requiring adapters. Overall positive reception with strong customer support.
So just a heads up if you have the Jackery 1000 v2 with the 100 watt solar panel. The 9ft. cable that comes with it connects right from the battery to the solar panel, but if you order the 16ft extension cable you will need to order this part in the picture.
The 16ft “Jackery DC Extension Cable for Solar Panel” is not compatible with the “Jackery Solar Panel Connector.”
After connecting the extension cable to the panel connector using one of the $40 adapters, I can now use 2 100W solar panels to charge my 600 Plus and not have my power station sitting in the sun.
After an ice storm that resulted in a two and a half day power outage and having taken our refrigerated products to my sons house my son lent me a Jackery power pack a to recharge my hearing aids and phone.He uses it for his camper. I have the 2000 plus and solar-saga 200 panels. It would be nice if there was one size connector between the panel and the generator without using the elbow adapter.Other than that no problem.
I own a mixture of solar electricity products and have found Jackery to be superior in construction, operation and in simplicity of use. Jacker customer service is timely and customer oriented. My back-up system sits in the garage and install of the transfer switch and subsequent wiring to the main panel took a couple of hours. It took longer to attach the switch and take the wires through the wall than it did to wire it.
I love the jackery it's lightweight and power ful enough to handle all my powering needs for my christmas trailor decorations that I use in christmas parade. And it's quite.
I use the 2000 plus to power the living quarters of my horse trailer. I would have to move the generator to the entry door to charge it, then move it back when it was fully charged. Now I connect two solar panels with the new Jackery series connector, plug it into the extension cord, and it reaches the generator. So much easier! I recommend both of these items.
The female end of the extension cord will not fit in the male end of the 3 to 1 adapter so how can I use the extension cord for the solar panels?
These worked perfectly and are of solid construction. There was no noticeable wattage drop.

Started a greenhouse project this year. Thought it would be great to power using solar. Finding Jackery and exploring the options resulted in me buying an Explorer 2000 with two 100w solar panels. So far the system is performing as promised. More to come.

Needed the 2 extra cables to reroute the cables from the panels. I power several appliances, entertainment system, router w/desktop computer and monitor, a refrigerator and a seperate deep freezer with my system. Only need to plug into the grid every-other day or so for about 1&1/2 to 2 hours. The sunlight I get at my property is minimal, so I think that's pretty darn good. Last electric bill was $150 cheaper than it was 12 months ago. That's without having to "Chase the Sun" with the panels too.
