I ordered the Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 along with two solar panels. While the replacement unit currently functions as advertised, the entire customer experience from delivery to return logistics has been exceptionally frustrating.

My initial shipment arrived with defective, misaligned DC charging ports right out of the box, making it impossible to utilize solar or DC charging. While Jackery support did agree to send a replacement unit, the burden placed on the customer to deal with their quality control failure is unreasonable.

Because of the high-capacity battery restrictions, returning a 2000Wh unit isn't as simple as dropping it off at a local shipping outlet—it requires either hauling it to a regional freight hub or scheduling carrier pickups. Forcing the customer to potentially adjust work schedules to accommodate the issues caused by Jackery QA.

Jackery needs to do three things:

Tighten factory quality control so defective units with bad ports never leave the warehouse.

Stop shifting the logistical burden onto paying customers when your products arrive broken.

Establish flexible, reliable return solutions that do not depend on narrow, unrealistic courier pickup windows.

The hardware concept is solid, but until Jackery overhauls its post-purchase support and return operations, be prepared for significant headaches if you receive a defective unit.

Until these changes are made, I would not recommend purchasing direct from Jackery. Instead, a 3rd party retailer where you can return directly to a store would be a better option.

Had a dumb accident while using a generator to power lights, and a bulb burnt through the plastic cover of the generator. I emailed to inquire about repairing casing. Two e-mails later after they confirmed my purchase and checked warranty they had a brand new one shipped out to me.

Just received this 2000 v2. Took it out of the box and charged it to 100% then unplugged it!
Tried to use the DC outlets to charge my cell phone and it shutoff right away . Tried several times and nothing?
Called Jackery and they want the unit back!
So frustrating but hopefully they will send me a new unit once they see movement on Fed Ex from the defective unit!

Have only had the Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 for a couple of weeks but so far, I am very satisfied with it. It charges in under 2 hrs. as advertised and appears to be well made. I haven't had occasion for any heavy-duty use yet, but it has worked flawlessly for the few light jobs I've used it for. Will be able to judge further once camping season comes around again.

I received this unit about 2 weeks ago at a very decent price . So far using it as an UPS to power my 2 12 V fridge/freezers and works great . This will go in a camper van to keep these fridge/freezers running .

I love my new Jackery 2000, I have enough power now to run my 12 volt fridge , lights and fans and a coffee maker for morning coffee, even on my 4 day weekend camping trips! , and with the use of a buddies solar panels , I never run out of power ! Jackery makes a great product!

Met first need flawlessly. Brewed a 45 cup pot of coffee without any issues. Exactly what I needed. My 1000v2 wouldn’t have accomplished this.

Purchased the 2000W Explorer during prime week directly from Jackery which included refurb 200W solar panels. Too good of a deal to pass up. Shipping was quick. Charged to 100% capacity in 1.5 days in Oct.

Was going to get comparable Ecoflow for $100 more but let’s be honest, it’s a battery backup. Don’t need fancy software, plus this unit is approx 5lbs lighter.

So based on price, Jackery reputation, weight and free panels it’s a no brainer. Will continue to recommend and support Jackery.

Lastly, primary use is for DJ system. 1 qsc 18” sub, 2 qsc k.2 10”, and Rev 5 controller. Draw is around 105W continuous. From the pic this Jackery will support an all nite party if needed. Couldn’t be happier.

I love the Jackery Explorer 2000. I use it to power a mini fridge at farmer's markets and different outdoor vendor events. It has allowed me to keep buttercream frosted cakes from melting in the Georgia heat. It also allows me the comfort of knowing that I can recharge my different electronics like my phone and fan fast too. I am usually outside for about 6 hours and I still have more than 50% power left.

I'm an old man recovering from cancer and live in the country with a power co-op. Electric goes out every time the wind blows. I can run my TV and my streaming stick and Internet router and a lamp for a long time. Usually we have short outages it's a tree limb or something. The other day I ran a bunch of stuff like that it went two hours and didn't even hardly move percentagewise. I also have to use a compression machine because I have blood clot trouble and it will run that easily. Come on Jackery put something on sale again I need another one for the bedroom so I don't have to run a cord. I have an explorer 2000 V2. I don't need to stack batteries I want another or even a 1000 for the bedroom. I use my hot plate on it too. I hope you guys have a real good sale soon I'll get another one!

I absolutely LOVE my 2 Jackerys! I bought the 1000v2 and then the 2000. They are WONDERFUL and I have recommended them to everyone I know!

Bring on the Texas power grid means when it out will go out, you need a back up. This thing does the job. Our internet and all communication is covered. It handles the CPAP at night and any lighting that is required. It's light enough to mover around and has plenty of juice.. Plus, it is small enough to store behind the couch for easy access.

The power where I live does not go out often, but it does occasionally. A couple of years ago it went out for over 8 hours during hurricane Helene. I was luckier than most that it was only off that long. Not knowing how long it would be off, I packed a cooler with the ice in the freezer for the perishables, but caught myself eating almost a half gallon of ice cream that would have melted. A family member gifted me an Explorer 1000, but based on what I read it would only power the fridge for a short time. I decided on the Explorer 2000 v2. Based on experimentation, it will keep my fridge cycling for many hours in a future outage. I'm very pleased with this purchase and along with the Explorer 1000 I have, I now have peace of mind that the essentials will be covered during the next outage.

Works as I had hoped

I already owned a 1000 and 200 jackery.
I use them at a cabin I have in Northern New Hampshire where I don't have any electricity. Although I have DC power, the jackery was essential when I couldn't start my generator to charge my batteries. I even let my 200 to a neighbor who needed to regularly charge her phone and other equipment. I decided I should really invest in the 2000 to have at my regular home. I haven't had the need to use it yet but I feel comfortable as I could plug my refrigerator into it should I lose power. I will say it is quite heavy so I have purchased a little small rolling cart that fits on so I can easily take it where it is needed. Jackery is the best.

Everybody knows Jackery is king when it comes to power. They are tested for out doors and very rugged. I go camping a lot and don’t know what I would do without my Jackery for all my gear.

A lot of other brands try to compete but they are simply just not the same with technology.

Awesome power source. Chose the 2000v over the 1000v for the extra power. Wasn’t real impressed with the Extreme Guard Carrying Case. Not really needed in Florida plus it had no external or internal pockets. Returned it for partial refund. Charged me for return postage.

This is my third purchase with Jackery, that's how happy I am with their Power Station. I purchased this Explorer 2000 v2 to use with my motorhome. My motorhome has solar panels and lifepo4 batteries that supply the majority of my power except for my air conditioner. The Explorer 2000 v2 can power the air conditioner for roughly one and a half hours. At 39 lbs. it was my choose because motorhome weight capacity is a premium.

I absolutely love this. Used it for the first time yesterday and it lasted exactly 8 hrs before being at 16%. I dont have to worry about gas or propane.

When my coupon didn't work in cart,y'all fixed it swiftly. Order took a week to deliver,but that was fine.product easy to use. Packaging was superb,velvet lined box lids,double boxed, although there was a puncture through both boxes from delivery service,but product was untouched. I had ordered from the "oops"-oupes company,that was a mistake,product was horrible. I am sticking with Jackery from here on out! Looking forward to the next sale. Four days after the arrival of our Jackery battery we lost company power for approximately 7hrs over night. We plugged in the oxygen concentrator unit to continue oxygen flow for my husband to breathe. I believe the Jackery battery lasted around 6 hours. Since he was sleeping in bed his oxygen level was not too diminished. We had nothing else plugged into the battery unit so it was a good learning experience for us as to how we can advantageously utilize the battery when we lose power from the plant.
