Love this. We have a 500, 1000 v2 and now the 2000 v2. Really a game changer for our longer trips off grid!!

I bought this to use at my art show to power my square and my overhead lighting system. It lasted all day and made it easy for the attendees to see the artwork with spotlights on them

This is our second Jackery 2000-watt unit and we love it for its utility and for its ability to help us cope with hurricanes and their resulting power disruptions in southwest Florida. The v2's battery life is excellent. The new LiFePO4 batteries are very powerful for their size and the number of charge cycles has increased immensely over the previous 2000-watt model that we own (and we still love that unit!)
Technological innovation has dropped the price of these types of portable power units, so now is the time to move up into a Jackery. We are not disappointed. We told a friend about this new v2 unit, and she ordered one a day later and had it shipped to South Carolina. Now she owns two Jackery units, just like we do. The new unit simply stacks on our older unit and we roll them around as needed using a small moving dolly. We are ready….

I love these little powerhouse generators. I already had the Explorer 2000 Plus, one battery pack, and (2) 200W solar panels. Now we also have the Explorer 2000 V2 and two additional 200W solar panels. The battery technology you get with Jackery is the best and knowing they will last a very long offers great piece of mind.
* I spoke to Jackery regarding the lack of protective solar panel covers since the first two came with them and this pair did not, which is kind of a bummer. They said the new panels have newer technology, but unfortunately no longer come with the protective covers. I encouraged Jackery to at least make the covers a cost effective "accessory" so I don't need to keep them in the boxes in between uses. You can see how nice the old cases were. Now, I had to cut holes in the top of the box for ease of transport...but Jackery could do better!

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

Replaces a Jackery Explorer as power for my cabin. This is the perfect all-weekend solution for a cabin, camper or RV. Ditto, certainly will get used for large group cookouts and campouts. We have a plug-in generator which powers the essentials in a blackout - this will power all the “fun-to-have” amenities or just the deepfreeze if needed. Build is great, solar panels easy to use, quiet.

Tested unit on a iceco VL60ProD, unit ran perfectly for days. 2000v will be mainly used as a backup power supply for our travel trailer and occasionally for intermittent power outages at home.

It's a great sense of backup for my PD Kidney machine. It got us through the tornado on 8/11/26 in Northeast Illinois/Northwest Indiana.

Apperars to be a well made product with excellent packaging. All charged up and ready for any power interuptions. Purchased 2 additional 2000 v2 units with Solar Saga 200 panels.

My 2000 v2 had a problem right away. I contacted customer service and have sent it back under warranty, I’m waiting for my replacement.
I like Jackery but this has been frustrating.

Jackery determined that I needed to have the updated firmware and once this was done my system starting working great. Thank you.

Haven't really used it yet but satisfied, my only concern is that the card I used once and that was too purchased my jackery had that card for a while, right after I used that card too purchased the jackery it was hack question your security

The solar generator works great. Used it on camping trip to power CPAP and it worked amazing. Contacted Jackery with questions and they responded immediately. Great customer service.

We have used the 2000 v2 three times now due to power outages. I also have the 500 and the 3000 . Each have performed exceptionally well. I take the 500 on my camping trips. The 3000 and the 2000 V2 are for home use when needed. So far, the 2000 V2 has been great; I actually charged it with the solar panels too. Just wanted to see how long it takes. I didn’t charge it till late afternoon so it didn’t fully charge but it does seem to work well. The 2000 V2 was a bit heavier than expected but it will still work out fine if I take it on long camping days. Having it on wheels would be nice. Love the light and it’s very user friendly.

Good capacity and performance. It's heavy though so get a nice sturdy case for it!

Best purchase for camping. Also thankful this is solar and can charge if electricty goes out. We used for 3 days and the charge only went down to 91%.

We used the Jackery to keep 2 fans going on high for about 9 hours at our remote camp. In the morning we charged 2 batteries for drills and still had 38% left on the charge. So, this was the first time using and we haven’t used the solar panels. Hoping we love it as much as we did the first use.

My power station 2000 v2 is glitching from input 0 to 323-325 to 0 again. I asked for new solar connectors. I hope it fixes it as I ordered another power station 2000 v2. I would like both to work.

I’m a Jackery fan! I have several of the smaller units, but wanted one that accommodated a higher wattage. This 2000 came in handy when our city had a planned 6 hour electric outage, keeping me from stressing about my garage fridge and freezer units. Performed flawlessly with power to spare!

I live in an off grid house and my system isn't enough to use various kitchen appliances or other type of electronics that uses more than 1000 watts. Now I just plug into my Jackery and it is all good - Instapot, Airfryer, Kettle and Crockpot - all work when I need them with this little battery, plus is also not too heavy for me to lift onto the counter. And bonus it is a great little machine for when I go out in my off grid camper to charge my laptop.

The only thing I like to change with the package is that all the power cords including the 12volt charge cord would come with the unit.

Charges fast. Very convenient for camping

Have a farm and the availability to take power wherever I need it is priceless. Better than taking a gas generator

Amazing product. High quality, reasonable price and performs as advertised. Application is also works well for monitoring the unit.

I had one, and recently purchased another one.

Only wish that the cable that connects the unit to the solar panels was a bit longer. Though I see that you can purchase an extension cable.
