This unit by far is the WORST one ever! Doesn't charge correctly. I plugged this product into the wall outlet, using many different power bricks and Usb-c cord that came with this product. At 24% charged, out of the box. I plugged the unit into the wall outlet and it was charging only at 17 input watts. It stayed that way for 2 days.This is why this is the worst purchased product I made. Customer service is nonexistent too. No help in trying to resolve this issue, only thing they said, "send it back and we will have out technical support team take a look at it. " never again will I purchase anything from this company again!

Talk about a bank for your buck super convenient, light enough to carry around. Keeps my 12v car fridge running more than 8 ours, for what i bought it to do. Love it and it’s solar compatible… shiiii love it. Handle is also a usb-c no more lossing my wires to recharge.

I was surprised at the small size of the 300D, but it turned out to be very powerful. I tested it with two different devices and the performance was outstanding. I re-charged a portable unit that I use for car tire pressure and for car battery jumping. This little unit only used up about 4% of its total capacity to recharge that item; impressive! The included portable solar panels which were able to quickly recharge the 300D to 100%.

The 300D Portable Power Station is the recent addition to my Jackery collection. I used it to charge two completely dead laptops, a dead iPad, and a phone—and even after all that, it still had about 50% battery remaining. The 40-watt solar panels delivered right around 40–41 watts consistently, even with the new thirty-foot extension cable. The 300D has quickly become a go-to for my heavy portable charging needs. One downside is that it doesn’t connect to the app

Works flawlessly and the flashlight is a nice touch. It can take a while to charge so I recommend a good fast charger. I gave it 4 stars only because you are not able to connect the app to monitor it.

I really like this right out of the box incredibly handy small profile used it to charge a computer, Apple Watch, iPad, and iPhone all at the same time impressive

Would like an AC plug-in case I don't have a car plug.

And the customer service is incredible! I didn’t need to speak to anyone-everything was great. But you get a welcome email from them with all the different ways to connect or get support, ask questions if you need to. Supercool!

Jackery Explorer 300D Portable Power Station

It's still early, but really like the package size for amount of output.

Felt like i got fooled into buying a power bank that you cant plug in. Tried to return the profuct immediately but you have to submit for a return label. Havent heard a thing since trying to return which is bad business.

I have ordered so many jackerys. Probably $14k woth. This thing only charges at 9w. Trying to get ahold of customer service without any call back

If i could give zero stars I would. I have sent 3 emails with no reply, on the 4th attempt i went through the AI bot to ask for help.

When Maya responded she explain the bundle was in fact not a bundle and that she would price match the bundle packages. She contradicted herself and said she would give 20% off if i order another bundle.

After spending as much money as I did, i dont believe I should have to order 2 more bundles just to recieve only 2 panels when Jackery should have sent the first solar 40w air in the first place.

Maya still refuses to escalate to a supervisor!

Great unit. Does exactly what we needed. Would be prefect with one 110v (inverter) outlet. Does a fantastic job for intended task.

Its a great product you can bring it anyware like picnic or camping and has a lot of power for everyone to share.

Have charged it with 40w air and through the 100 out on my 1000v2. Used it on my phones, iPad, and to run and charge my BOSE mini through 12v out port. So far so good.

Just returned from a camping trip, I used my power station to power my CPAP, telephone and fan. Would go to bed at 10 pm get up at 7am and would still have 84% charge left in the morning’s. Hook up the solar panels which ran between 30.7 to 39 watts most days. Unit would be recharged before Noon. Highly Highly recommend this product

The unit appears to be working well. I haven't really put it to the test. I found myself frustrated with trying to charge the 300D. The small solar panel that I purchased with the 300D, I couldn't get it to pickup more than 30W. Now I live in the Phoenix area and the sky's are clear and the sun is as strong as it gets. I can't tell if it's the equipment or if I'm doing something wrong. I just didn't think it would be a difficult task based on where I live. I feel there should be a class to help settle us into happy ownership, your products aren't cheap and getting people over the learning curve would bring people back to buy more

I used this Battery pack to support a livestream on my phone in the middle of the woods from my phone! My phone stayed charged all weekend and the Battery didn’t skip a beat, it even had charge left over when I got home!

Great little piece of gear. Ran my electric under sleeping bag pad all night AND recharged my phone while camping and not only was I toasty warm, but I only used 5% of the capacity. Also used it to inflate my mattress pad in seconds. Very pleased.

You can't go wrong with Jackery. I own 3 different set up's from small and portable to run " most of your house ." They are reliable and perform to expectations.

I have had my jackery for about a month now! I keep in my car for my grandkids to use on picnic days and outings etc - I am lucky enough to be able to take them on many outings!! They can use it without my help (ages 5 & 7) moving it around - it’s not too heavy and the handle is perfect bc it is also the recharging cord - which is fast!!
