Jackery Generador Solar HomePower 3600 Plus

A little peace of mind is how we see our new power outage support device. There was quite a deluge of ads offering products at de-escalating prices, but after the challenge we felt the price was fair. Jackery provided generous cost differences and honored lowest prices offered. We ran a test using our refrigerator, it did stellar. We have yet to test our Jackery 3600 Plus under pressure of power outage, but we remain impressed at its performance as represented.

I’m very satisfied with my Jackery 3600! Just knowing I have backup power in case of an outage gives me great peace of mind, especially for keeping my refrigerator running and protecting important medications. I haven’t had to use it yet, but knowing it’s there is comforting. My only suggestion would be to include a heavy-duty dolly or wheeled base with extension handle specifically designed for the battery, as it is very heavy and difficult to move. Especially for seniors. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the security it provides!

Pros.
Unit arrived super fast in excellent condition.
Super easy to use.
Now I have instant reliable power in a grid failure, no messing with my gas generator.
After 3 weeks of storage, I still have 100% power saved in my batteries.
Easy maintenance, you only need to discharge/drain the unit yearly to maintain battery life.

Cons.
The utility power cable melted to the outlet on initial charge but after I contacted Jackery support they shipped me a new one.

easy to understand and use. i love that it can output on the receptacles and charge by the solar panels or wall charger at the same time, and the display shows both the input and output at the same time. so cool! so great that i can plug in solar panels without worrying about sparks or getting shocked or hurting the equipment.

Just purchased an ebike and used my 3600 to charge it and my helmet my son told me that I was leaving a clean green footprint it made us feel good

I started using Jackery Batteries years ago for camping. Since I had good experiences with my original battery I purchased several more over a few years. Once they started manufacturing larger batteries I purchased several for backing up items like my refrigerator during power outages. I am now so confident in their quality and dependability I purchased the 3600 with 3 extension batteries a a transfer switch to back up my home during power outages.

Charged it up and a maintenance man came to work in the backyard with railroad ties. Rolled it out there and it powered all his tools. He was absolutely blown away. He's going to buy one for his household. I feel more secure having purchased it!
Thank you

Having this in my van has been a life changer. I charge it up at the house with an extension cord, and it allows me to power my laptop and monitor and other accessories for at least 3 days. LOVE IT!

Couldn’t be happier! Great investment!

I installed my jackery homePower 3600 Plus + external 3600 battery to my 2026 travel trailer and it's amazing! It is capable of running everything including my air conditioner.

I now have 5 different size power generators and I am very happy with the quality of them. I have a home generator but these are my backups if that goes down. Always prepared!

I had procrastinated long enough and buckled down to choose solar power generation for our family in days of crisis. Jackery far out classes all others and for a reasonable cost. THANK YOU!

We recently bought the Jackery 3600 Plus + Battery Pack + SolarSaga 500 X.

Everything was delivered quickly by a third party delivery driver who lifted everything out of the back of her small SUV which was very impressive. And, she was kind enough to help me bring it into our house.

Fortunately, the wheels and handle provide the portability needed when we lose power. We also purchased an additional battery.

Now, our system is charged and ready for hurricane season and Mother Nature provides plenty of sunshine in Florida.

The Solar Panels are nice. But, connecting them took an hour and sweat equity so plan accordingly.

As a side note, we bought a Jackery Explorer 300 several years ago for camping and have incorporated it into daily outdoor life to run a large fan and small electronics. Our Solar Saga 60 works in an emergency.

Due to our experience with quality, quiet, and ease of use we decided to expand our Jackery family. Thanks Jackery!

I have the 2000 3000 3600 and 5000 pro love them all....all work great!!!

I have reached out to Jackery several times. I’m not able to charge my Jackery by solar unless I take it outside where the panels are attached to my back porch This defeats the purpose of having a solar generator. If I can only charge it if I take it outside where side like it’s a gas generator.

They have not been able to provide me with an extension cord that works with my panels and generator or the correct adapter to connect the panels to the approx 50 foot extension cords the suggested I purchased. That was $124.00

If I take it outside, I can connect it directly to cord on the panel. However, there is no protection from the bad weather for the physical generator.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get the correct adapter to connect the panels. I purchased 3 extension cords from Jackery but the end does not pair to the panel cord. So I have to take it outside and go down the steps. I 68 year old female. It’s too heavy. I’m scared I’m going to hurt myself or lose balance and drop the generator. So I have a $2000.00 plus paperweight. Several people have suggested adapters but they do not fit properly.

Now I’m just tired of this mess.

Jackery contacted and immediately sent me the correct adapter that I needed to connect m generator to the extension cords. I’m now able to charge my generator by solar power.
I’m so happy. I am planning to purchase a few more generators.
I’m a senior citizen and in case of a power outage I have no family I can lean on or go and stay with until the power is back. It’s just me and my 2 dogs. I have to make sure they are taken care of too. I’m now on my way to be more self sufficient in case of an emergency.

I thank all the people at Jackery for helping me. I’m excited about my future purchases and I’m confident that if I have questions or concerns, the good people at Jackery will be there to help me. A special thanks to Vivi. You’re my hero.

Love the packaging I own three of them so far I haven’t used them thankfully I’m waiting to see how they will hold up for camping also please check out only up Wes on YouTube as far as needing to be sponsored by the company he’s in need wesup solar power I saw five different YouTubers yes they can use them but this creator is in need of power he only has generator with gas

Great product so far. My main concerns this far are with waking the unit up remotely (requires active input, and cannot be done from app while the device is asleep), and the cable durability. The SolarSaga 200w panels themselves are very durable, but the output cabling relies on two small pins and a a thin connection which can warp or damage the plastic cable coupling if pulled to the side. Lastly, inserting the cable into the panel output port is a pain. It must be slotted in one way, like a USB port, and goes in sideways. It's a challenge to hook up in a hurry or while the panel is on the roof of a vehicle as it has to be held like a pencil to properly slot in. Not saying it's not a good buy, it's a great product, durable, great price for the capacity and output, solid features overall, and Jackery 's accessories are fantastic products and the modularity is a cut above the competitors, but be aware of its quirks.

The unit itself seems fairly good. I'm a little unclear on whether a single unit can be connected to my home to ONLY power 110v devices (with all 220v devices circuits turned off). I understand 2 units are required to power 220v devices. By far, my biggest issue is with the app. It's frustrating that the app is required to enable certain features. I refuse to install the app on my phone because of the privacy policies - which clearly state location data is collected, data is shared with 3rd parties, and it specifically states data will be sent to China. I refuse to enable a data collection app on my phone just for the ability to control a few features. It's also frustrating that Jackery states on the App Store that their app does not collect ANY data, when the published policies clearly state they do - seems very dishonest.

My wife and I both work from home on computers. So there was no question about if we needed a solar generator for when power goes down. We just needed to find the best one for us. I did a lot of research on a lot of models. Jackery 3600 plus was the best. I highly recommend it.

Used it last week camping loved how it ran the camper .. 1 star off because it has no protection seeing it has to stay outside
