This is my second Jackery generator. I appreciate the quality of the product it is well built. They were a life saver during the hurricane when my power was out for four days. They performed better than expected.
We are first time Jackery users. We bought an Explorer 1000 v2 for a camping trip. We’ve used it every day!! Our campground requires generators to be off from 8pm to 8 am. We’ve used our Jackery to charge phones at night, watch TV/Satellite and make coffee early without using our camper battery. I’m sure we will use it more often since it’s portable. But so far, it’s been a great purchase!! Highly recommend!!
This was the easiest thing to use. I had a gas generator for years and it was a pain to change oil a couple of times a year and put gas in. Plus it had to stay so far from the house. This sits in the dining area and we can get power to everything we need till power comes back on

This powered my Setpower DC cooler for 24 hours on 50% of its capacity. Should easily keep the cooler going indefinitely on solar power, even on warmer days. I was worried it might be too low capacity but I think it's going to work great for my needs.
This works great for what I needed it for. It's not too heavy for me to carry. I love how easy it is to charge.
We purchase this unit to serve as a UPS for our router and our security cameras base unit. It is plugged in to normal power the same as our 3600 plus is. Now with both units in UPS mode we no longer have to go out to the garage, start the generator and then go down the basement to manually transfer over to generator power. My wife and I are in our late seventies and having these Jackerys at a great price and so reliable is the best.
I charged a bunch of enterprise drone batteries, the controllers, phones, tablets and I could have still ran an off grid satellite and my computer for half a day. Woke up to 85% still left. I’d say it’s worth it.
I'm so happy my Home Power arrived today thanks to Ship to Hawaii! There is a storm coming tomorrow and I received and charged it today!
Hello Jackery Team. I have brought multiple solar panels and portable power station with excellent results. My Mobile Detailing Van is equipped with Jackery 2000 plus with 2 extra batteries which allow me to have enough power with solar for up to 8hrs of cleaning. My home is running on the 5000 plus during the day for 12hrs. Looking forward to start expanding my home system for power outages in the winter.
This is a well made product. Easy to setup and charges quickly. Looking forward to using it when the next power outage hits. The only downside is the shipping with FedEx. This seems to be an issue for others as well.
I have charged it. Only took around 2-3 hours to charge. I haven't usef it, only have it in case of a emergency. Very happy I have it in my house.
I will be buying my sister one very soon.
The Solar Saga 500 panels arrived in a timely manner, however, I've not had a reason to connect them to my HP3600 Plus yet. I want to keep the panels in the box they arrived in until the time they are needed as I feel they might not fit back properly. Therefore, I'm unable to rate how much time it takes to recharge the 3600 unit and under what conditions. I have high hopes all will work well with Jackery's reputation and warranty.
We use this as a UPS. Being able to monitor it through Wi-Fi works real well because it is located on a different floor. We feed a manual transfer panel that feeds our refrigerator and gas heat blower and other circuits needed during an outage. We have tested it and it easily handles the load for 9 hours or more, based on what the total load is. Very happy
At 66 years old, living alone with my dog in a country cabin in rural Kentucky, power outages are just a part of life. We get them fairly often, and they can last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours.
