    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    Great customer service response to an issue

    When I received my Jackery 2000, I found that I could not connect it either to my Jackery 100W Solar saga panels or to a third party 200W panel. A customer service clerk contacted on a Sunday was less than helpful. However, by Monday, my ticket was handled by a professional who was courteous and accommodating and sent me two adapters at no cost. One of them turned out to be just the ticket and now my power station can connect to any of the mentioned solar arrays. Thank you Jackery!

    So far so good.

    I’m mostly using it for my dometic cooler. 24 hours in the back of the car ran it down to 73% on a relatively warm day. Should run it for up to 3-4 days which is perfect. Didn’t buy the solar panel though. Not sure if I need it in my case. Charged really quick. Less than an hour from 59%. Glad I purchased and would recommend.

    The Explorer 1000 V2 is what I was looking for for my next unit

    The unit arrived quickly and in great shape. The battery chemistry (LiFePO4), smaller size, faster charging, light weight for available power, and the folding handle to further minimize the size of this unit were all things I have been waiting for to add to my power pack collection. Charged it up fully for a camping trip. It did everything we needed it to do, including powering my wife's toaster, air fryer, and the RV microwave. We were not able to use the solar panels on the trip because we discovered Jackery has instituted a new plug size (DC8020) and they did not provide an adapter (DC7909-to-DC8020) with the unit. We have now purchased the adapter separately, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, I am still hopeful that Jackery will someday include rubber plug covers on their power packs to provide better dirt, sand, etc. protection. I also use Anderson connectors - it would have been nice to have that option on this unit, but I understand they can't do everything. I have had great experiences with my other Jackery packs over the years. This new 1000 V2 is a worthy addition, and in my opinion really ups the game for this size power pack. We are quite pleased with it so far.
