  • Does Jackery official website support installment payment?

      Yes, we have partnered with Klarna, Affirm, and you can select this option at check out.

  • How long does it take for shipping?

      Orders usually deliver within 2-5 business days after checkout.
      ・Please note that delivery time via FedEx may vary due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
      ・Portable power supply and solar panel cannot be shipped together. Note that if you ordered all items together, they may ship in separate packages.

  • What is your standard warranty policy?

      The warranty period for Jackery power products is 24 months. (Please note our Explorer Pro series power stations and the SolarSaga 80W come with a three years warranty). In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

  • The transaction using the coupon is cancelled

      If the transaction is cancelled before the coupon becomes effective, the coupon will automatically revert to unused status. Note that the validity period will not be extended.

  • Forgot to use the coupon when placing an order

      Due to system reasons, the coupon cannot be used after the order is confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel your order yourself and use the coupon to place a new order.
