Extension cable enables flexible solar panel placement by adding 16ft length. Customers praised "good quality" and compatibility with various power stations. Some noted connector compatibility issues requiring adapters (DC7909 to DC8020). A few wanted longer cables (15ft+). Mixed feedback on value given adapter requirements, though most found it functional.

So just a heads up if you have the Jackery 1000 v2 with the 100 watt solar panel. The 9ft. cable that comes with it connects right from the battery to the solar panel, but if you order the 16ft extension cable you will need to order this part in the picture.

Does not work with solar panel connector without adapter

The 16ft “Jackery DC Extension Cable for Solar Panel” is not compatible with the “Jackery Solar Panel Connector.”

After connecting the extension cable to the panel connector using one of the $40 adapters, I can now use 2 100W solar panels to charge my 600 Plus and not have my power station sitting in the sun.

Amazing product/Amazing support team

After an ice storm that resulted in a two and a half day power outage and having taken our refrigerated products to my sons house my son lent me a Jackery power pack a to recharge my hearing aids and phone. He uses it for his camper. Impressed with it I looked up Jacker.com. The Jackery 5000plus with solar panels became the solution. Team Jackery walked me through the whole process including the smart transfer switch. All my essential circuits are ready for any further outages. Meanwhile I am using solar energy to take
Those circuits of grid including an attic fan I installed to further reduce energy usage. Love to see the wattage being used in real time with the app. Love this product.

Extension cord

I have the 2000 plus and solar-saga 200 panels. It would be nice if there was one size connector between the panel and the generator without using the elbow adapter.Other than that no problem.

Hydro-electric power……

I own a mixture of solar electricity products and have found Jackery to be superior in construction, operation and in simplicity of use. Jacker customer service is timely and customer oriented. My back-up system sits in the garage and install of the transfer switch and subsequent wiring to the main panel took a couple of hours. It took longer to attach the switch and take the wires through the wall than it did to wire it.

Perfect for road trips!

I use the 2000 plus to power the living quarters of my horse trailer. I would have to move the generator to the entry door to charge it, then move it back when it was fully charged. Now I connect two solar panels with the new Jackery series connector, plug it into the extension cord, and it reaches the generator. So much easier! I recommend both of these items.

The female end of the extension cord will not fit in the male end of the 3 to 1 adapter so how can I use the extension cord for the solar panels?

Everything Is Great

Needed the 2 extra cables to reroute the cables from the panels. I power several appliances, entertainment system, router w/desktop computer and monitor, a refrigerator and a seperate deep freezer with my system. Only need to plug into the grid every-other day or so for about 1&1/2 to 2 hours. The sunlight I get at my property is minimal, so I think that's pretty darn good. Last electric bill was $150 cheaper than it was 12 months ago. That's without having to "Chase the Sun" with the panels too.

Just tested out the black cables that i purchased after finding out the only cables that work are black. I picked up 30 foot cables orange and they didn't work.

Jackery 3600

I’m new to this technology but not new to camping. I have two gas generators that I never use because they are bulky, hard to move around and loud. So far I love the Jackery! Quiet, efficient and powers what I want. I really like being able to charge with the solar panel. So far so good! I even turned a friend on to it and she bought one too! Happy camper!

Explorer 2000 v2

Great power supply.
Ran my cpap 5 nights and still had 24% left.
My 200w solar panel was not enough for recharging, even in full sun.
I guess you need all four 200w panels and full sun if you plan to rely on solar power.

Happy so far...

I'm grateful we have not had a power outage yet. Am still running a few trials to see how it will do for my needs. So far, it's fine. Solar panels did a nice job charging the battery. It ran our garage fridge for 23 hours. (I had hoped for longer.). So far, it's fine.

3500 a piece of gold

Had a chance to actually use a 3500 and had excellent results with the power outage worked perfect for 24 hours pairing up a lot of things in the house . Then I bought the solar panels for next time I have issues. Easy to install. Money well spent. I hope to purchase the 5000 soon to give me more power down the road.

The item I purchased wasn't what I wanted. The picture was not very clear. I needed a cable that connects from the solar panel to the generator.
