I would have given 5 stars but I believe that Jackery needs to improve on their new customer support, including a more detailed startup guide and live support. Just Solar Generator we needed

Purchased 2000 plus w/2000 battery in May 2024. Paid an electrician $400 to wire it in to a separate panel. When Hurricane Milton hit we were all set. Work great for the several days power was out. We recharged it from an inverter every afternoon for 2 1/2 hours. Had ceiling fans, TV, internet, microwave, all outlets, power shades, lights, etc.

It's only been a short time since purchasing my Explorer 2000 plus kit but in the recent snow storms my stress level stayed very low knowing I had it fully charged as backup to power my oxygen concentrator in the event of an outage.
