    Great Service, Great Product But...

    Love the product and the interaction with the help desk was timely, useful, friendly, and equatible. The battery and solar panels work better than I expected for out application.
    The only issue was having to call because the right angle connectors attached to the solar panel are not for and do not work with the panel model shipped in the kit. Without a label, we used them and solar charging did not work. Had to call to find out the right angle connectors were adapters for a different panel model. A simple tag or label on the right angle connector would solve this problem.

    Love our new Jackery

    Bought it to use if power goes out so we could continue working from home. Got the 1500 with an extra battery and it ran all day, only got down to 50%. It ran two monitors, laptop and printer.
