Great price on refurbs! Great little machines. Limited outputs and no expansion options like Bluetti but still a great little machine.

I own several Jackery's, and they are amazing. I have lived in many rural communities with unreliable power sources, and Jackery has saved me. I currently spend a lot of time in a trailer, and once again, Jackery is saving me. I really appreciate the many ways that my Jackery's can be charged. I own different sizes of Jackery's, and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend any Jackery for remote work. Jackery has so many uses. It really provides freedom with access to power in off grid situations. Jackery has been an excellent investment for me. Thank you!

First I would like to make clear that I’ve only had my generator for a couple weeks. I have a small fly shop in Saint Regis Montana and was told it’d be $10,000 to bring power to my shop. I really only needed limited power so it made sense to own the source. The Jackery 3600 plus so far has been fantastic. I have not ran my A/C unit but have ran a shop vac along with some power tools and I’m convinced I made a solid choice.

I love these Jackery units, I have a 1000v2 also. The 300 is handy for overnight camp trips. Love the layout and its smaller size is handy. Very happy with it.

We have random power outages here, severla times a year. I just went through a 24 hour one where I couldn't get my the lawmower pull string gas generator started and lost all my groceries. I ordered the HomePower 3600 Plus and it arrived to my rural location in just a few days. Quicker than any Amazon delivery. We had another outage the day after it arrived. I pulled it out of the box and with only the initial roughly 30% power it ran my old, inefficient refrigerator for the whole day or well over 8hours. As the power company sent updates changing the resolution time to later and later, I was worried, but this unit did amazing.
The gas generator was noisy, smelly and required gas, oil, and maintenance .It also had to stay outside because of the carbon dioxide fumes which meant running an extension cord inside the house through an open door. In hot weather or cold weather, it let all the hot or cold air in. And the fumes still got inside too. It was loud and distracting as I worked from home. Upgrading to a larger version of this for even more money than a Jackery was an insane idea. I will NEVER go back.

We recently bought the Jackery 3600 Plus + Battery Pack + SolarSaga 500 X.

Everything was delivered quickly by a third party delivery driver who lifted everything out of the back of her small SUV which was very impressive. And, she was kind enough to help me bring it into our house.

Fortunately, the wheels and handle provide the portability needed when we lose power. We also purchased an additional battery.

Now, our system is charged and ready for hurricane season and Mother Nature provides plenty of sunshine in Florida.

The Solar Panels are nice. But, connecting them took an hour and sweat equity so plan accordingly.

As a side note, we bought a Jackery Explorer 300 several years ago for camping and have incorporated it into daily outdoor life to run a large fan and small electronics. Our Solar Saga 60 works in an emergency.

Due to our experience with quality, quiet, and ease of use we decided to expand our Jackery family. Thanks Jackery!

Great - easy to set up, feels very high quality.

Bought this unit to power cpap on camping trips. Got 7hrs of use with 45% charge left. So the plan is to use the solar panel to charge during the day

We didn't need an expensive whole house generator for the limited amount of power outages in our area. I'm pleased with our Jackery HP 3600 Plus electric generator that can be charged from any home outlet or with solar panels. I've only tested it by powering our refrigerator for 24 hours before running out of power. I had hoped it would last longer.
I've found that attempting to reach someone in the Marketing department is next to impossible. I originally sent an email to [****] on May 18th, attempted to have it forwarded via [****], calling the 888 number- all with no results.

I've Used Jackery Products For Over 12 Years And Still Have The Explorer 160, 240, 300 & 440.....AND THEY STILL WORK GREAT! The New Technology Is Even Better. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY FOR ANY OFF GRID POWER OUTAGE SITUATION......FORGET THE REST.......TRY THE BEST!.

The customer service is unbelievable, superb! I had some concerns that were put at ease quickly. Best of all, customer service is lighting responsive! I will continue to explore and support Jackery products.

Worked great! Had to use it to run my hatching time ct60 sh incubator due to power outage. Ran for 11 and half hours and when power came back on still had 23% of my generator battery left. Will highly reccomend

I like the system but it will not stay running 24/7. I currently have it set to power a small light and a greenhouse fan. Following the instructions to set it to not shut down has not worked. After a period of time it goes dormant - disabling the light and thermostatically controlled greenhouse fan.
