If the App cannot connect to Wi-Fi, please check the following steps:

1. Confirm Bluetooth connection

First, make sure Bluetooth is connected properly. The App requires a stable Bluetooth connection before configuring Wi-Fi.

2. Check Wi-Fi frequency band

1) Ensure your wireless router is using the 2.4 GHz band.

2) The Power Station supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only and does not support 5 GHz networks.

3. Verify Wi-Fi password

Confirm that the Wi-Fi password entered in the App is correct.

4. Check router settings

1) Certain router security settings may prevent the device from connecting, such as MAC address filtering, WPA3 encryption, or device connection limits.

2) Please review your router settings and try again.

5. Poor network signal quality

1) Weak or unstable network signals may cause connection failure.

2) Try connecting to a network with stronger signal quality.

6. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi module malfunction

If the issue persists after completing all steps above, the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi module may be faulty. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
