Car Charger Not Charging

If your portable power station cannot be charged via the car charger, please follow these steps:

1. Check the car charger connection

Ensure that the car charger is properly connected to the cigarette lighter socket. It is recommended to pause charging on bumpy roads.

2. Inspect the cigarette lighter socket

Make sure the socket is free of rust, dirt, or any foreign objects.

3. Avoid simultaneous charge and discharge for extended periods

Do not charge and discharge the power station at the same time for extended periods, as this may cause overheating.
