How can I send a screenshot to Jackery customer support?

You can reply to the support email and attach your screenshot directly. 

Tips: 

- On phone: use “Attach” (paperclip) to add the image from your Photos. 

- On computer: drag and drop the image into the email or use the attachment button.

 - If the file is large, you can share it via a link (e.g., Google Drive/Dropbox) and paste the link in your reply.
