PREPARING YOUR SOLAR GENERATOR
The Explorer 240 can be fully charged under straight full sun in 4.5 hours by connecting SolarSaga 100W solar panel.
Solar recharging steps:
1. Find the DC interface on the back of SolarSaga 100;
2. Connect the DC interface of SolarSaga 100 with DC input of Explorer 240
Notes:
1. Solar panel types and quantity depends on your purchase.
2. Buy 2 SolarSoga, get 1*Solar Panel Connector.
3. Buy 4 or 6 SolarSoga, get 2*Solar Panel Connectors.
* This product (portable power supply) can supply power to your device in the temperature range of -10 to 40 degrees Celsius (-10 to 65 degrees Celsius for solar panels). If the operating temperature is outside the above range, this product may not work.
A: Please note that the AC output ports can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 200-Watts, besides, the whole wattage should be under 200 watts as well . Once exceeding, the Explorer 200 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.
A: Working time = 240Wh* 0.85 / operating wattage of your device
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 240Wh*0.85/60w=3.4hrs (rough calculated) .

I had it two years, never failed. Worked great. Battery lasts forever. The issue I had was the kid was plugging into the USB, static electricity shorted out that USB board. Kid is ok, but the USB doesn’t work even after a hard reset, and a complete discharge . Not Jackery’s fault. Just a frustrating issue…I wish there was a way to reset a breaker or something. Still recommend the 240, but kind of a bummer.
I have used my Exp 240 (because it was handy) to charge many of my devices. Works great. Great purchase in a small package.
Hello buy this from Sweden and it the best i have buy. SolarSaga give mostly from sun 70 watt and ac only 57 so its faster to use that jackery SolarSaga 100 watt. It is possible to charge the power plant at the same time get electricity from the ac connector and also get electricity through usb on the SolarSaga panel. I Love it the jackery. Excellent purchases. Intended for RV life, but actually used at home multiple times in the last month for power outages in Baja. It’s easy, quiet and dependable. Cost around $250 a couple years ago, but worth every penny!
