Customer support not as it should be!!

I ordered a jackery battery pack and completed a pop up form for an extra $100 off . The form said and email with the coupon would be emailed. Waited a couple days and nothing. Contacted customer support. Went back and forth with them and after more than three weeks , customer service told me already had the maximum discount t and they current honor the $100 coupon. This took multiple weeks to get me this decision. Terrible customer support in my opinion. I will not be purchasing anymore jackery products.
