    * This product (portable power supply) can supply power to your device in the temperature range of -10 to 40 degrees Celsius (-10 to 65 degrees Celsius for solar panels). If the operating temperature is outside the above range, this product may not work.

    FAQ

    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    a solid buy when on sale

    The v2 can now output 1500W vs the previous 1000W. A solid improvement (along with longer lasting battery chemistry). Also, lightweight and easy to carry. I would not pay retail price for this unit. A couple of suggestions for future models:

    *Add a wireless charging pad (MINIMUM 15 watts) to the top of the unit (now that it has a folding handle).

    *Consider adding a horizontal light to the back of the handle. This way a user can angle the light for more flexibility vs the immovable / fixed light on the front of the unit (so the unit may have to be tipped / tilted to utilize the light for work).

    Very good product but if you have existing panels for the 880 model, the jacks will not fit this new model. Need to buy the adapter/s too.

    Needed a back up during hurricane season to 1) Make coffee in the AM, 2) Open and close the garage door. Wife and I are too old to lift it anymore. Received unit, charged it, tested out these two chores. Based on testing should cover 5-6 days doing these 2 tasks during a power outage. Well designed unit.

    Bought this for upcoming camping trip. It’s was packaged well , looks great and function’s perfectly. I already used it during a power outage at home! Excited to use it this summer.
