  • Does the Explorer 1500 Ultra support pass-through charging (charging and powering devices at the same time)?

    Yes. The Explorer 1500 Ultra supports pass-through charging.

    You can charge the power station via AC or solar while simultaneously powering your devices. This is especially useful for home backup, job-site use, or continuous operation scenarios.
    In UPS (bypass) mode, the system automatically switches to battery power within 20 ms during a power outage.

  • Does dust or sand affect long-term performance?

    No, not under normal use. The sealed IP65 structure prevents dust ingress, and the bottom-mounted, detachable metal base allows the cooling system to be cleaned if needed. This design avoids the dust buildup problems common in traditional side-vented power stations.

  • Can it handle devices with high startup power, like power tools or compressors?

    Yes. This is one of its key advantages. The Explorer 1500 Ultra delivers up to 3600W surge power, with peak output lasting significantly longer than typical portable power stations.   • Why the solar can not produce 200W power when charging to Jackery power station?

    As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

  • Is the solar panel waterproof?

    It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water).

  • How to clean the solar panel surface?

    We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
