Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station

Just received this 2000 v2. Took it out of the box and charged it to 100% then unplugged it!
Tried to use the DC outlets to charge my cell phone and it shutoff right away . Tried several times and nothing?
Called Jackery and they want the unit back!
So frustrating but hopefully they will send me a new unit once they see movement on Fed Ex from the defective unit!

Have only had the Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 for a couple of weeks but so far, I am very satisfied with it. It charges in under 2 hrs. as advertised and appears to be well made. I haven't had occasion for any heavy-duty use yet, but it has worked flawlessly for the few light jobs I've used it for. Will be able to judge further once camping season comes around again.

I received this unit about 2 weeks ago at a very decent price . So far using it as an UPS to power my 2 12 V fridge/freezers and works great . This will go in a camper van to keep these fridge/freezers running .

I love my new Jackery 2000, I have enough power now to run my 12 volt fridge , lights and fans and a coffee maker for morning coffee, even on my 4 day weekend camping trips! , and with the use of a buddies solar panels , I never run out of power ! Jackery makes a great product!

Met first need flawlessly. Brewed a 45 cup pot of coffee without any issues. Exactly what I needed. My 1000v2 wouldn’t have accomplished this.

Purchased the 2000W Explorer during prime week directly from Jackery which included refurb 200W solar panels. Too good of a deal to pass up. Shipping was quick. Charged to 100% capacity in 1.5 days in Oct.

Was going to get comparable Ecoflow for $100 more but let’s be honest, it’s a battery backup. Don’t need fancy software, plus this unit is approx 5lbs lighter.

So based on price, Jackery reputation, weight and free panels it’s a no brainer. Will continue to recommend and support Jackery.

Lastly, primary use is for DJ system. 1 qsc 18” sub, 2 qsc k.2 10”, and Rev 5 controller. Draw is around 105W continuous. From the pic this Jackery will support an all nite party if needed. Couldn’t be happier.

I love the Jackery Explorer 2000. I use it to power a mini fridge at farmer's markets and different outdoor vendor events. It has allowed me to keep buttercream frosted cakes from melting in the Georgia heat. It also allows me the comfort of knowing that I can recharge my different electronics like my phone and fan fast too. I am usually outside for about 6 hours and I still have more than 50% power left.

I'm an old man recovering from cancer and live in the country with a power co-op. Electric goes out every time the wind blows. I can run my TV and my streaming stick and Internet router and a lamp for a long time. Usually we have short outages it's a tree limb or something. The other day I ran a bunch of stuff like that it went two hours and didn't even hardly move percentagewise. I also have to use a compression machine because I have blood clot trouble and it will run that easily. Come on Jackery put something on sale again I need another one for the bedroom so I don't have to run a cord. I have an explorer 2000 V2. I don't need to stack batteries I want another or even a 1000 for the bedroom. I use my hot plate on it too. I hope you guys have a real good sale soon I'll get another one!

I absolutely LOVE my 2 Jackerys! I bought the 1000v2 and then the 2000. They are WONDERFUL and I have recommended them to everyone I know!

Bring on the Texas power grid means when it out will go out, you need a back up. This thing does the job. Our internet and all communication is covered. It handles the CPAP at night and any lighting that is required. It's light enough to mover around and has plenty of juice.. Plus, it is small enough to store behind the couch for easy access.

Purchased 1000w Jackery 5 years ago and decided to upgrade to the 2000. Both are exceeding my expectations. Love, love Jackery!!!

My Jackery works great for powering my TV and Starlink mini in my RV when boondocking.

Does most of what it is supposed to do. However, will only take a charge from the Cigarette/DC port in my dashboard.

So far very pleased with my purchase (Explorer 2000v2). I live in an older neighborhood where there are frequent power outages during thunderstorms. I had bought a portable generator a few years ago, but when the storms came and knocked out the power it never got used because I can't put the generator outside in the flooded back yard in the pouring rain, so now it's a paperweight. I wanted something small and portable to run my fridge, a fan, and TV during a power outage.
So I got the Explorer 2000v2. It's fairly lightweight (39lbs I think). During a test, it ran my 25.6 cu ft fridge for 10 hrs and still had 54% charge left. The next day I ran a test and had it run my 55" big screen TV and an oscillating floor fan on low for 10 hrs and it still had 44% charge left. So I figure realistically during a power outage it will run all three for 8-10 hrs which is usually well within the timespan that the electric company gets the power restored after an outage where I live. It is quiet, and it recharged back to 100% both times in less than an hour. So far very happy with it, only 4 stars now though because longevity is still unknown.

OUTSTANDING

Living in an area of frequent power outages makes the Jackery Power Station an essential work-from-home appliance. Given the parallel frequent red flag warnings and restrictions on outdoor generators, this is the most efficient way to go. I currently have 3 of these units. One for laptop, monitor, and desk lighting, one for routers, modems, etc..., and a third for small household appliances.

Fast delivery, good product. Used it to power a starlink, tv, and streaming box in our rv, along with charging ipads and phones. Worked great!

Great from the start. I have several other Jackery products and feel good having some back-up power options. I also like to take these on vacation
as we have lost power a few times in our cabin.

Local electric company warned of power shut off due to possible forest fires. Need something with a longer life then my 1K backups. Still not used but expect sometime in the future I will need it

We bought this for car camping but unexpectedly need it at home after severe storms. So far, we have been without power for 12 hours and the jackery has been amazing. Best purchase we have ever made.

Very impressed with the results so far. I have only used in to run my CPAP machine all night long, and it only dropped to 64%. At breakfast time, the electric kettle to make a cup of tea, and the toaster, only took another 3% each.

Love it. Easy to use. Heavy but placed on dolly which really helps.

Although I havent really got to put it to the test yet. It works flawlessly. Everything about this product screams top notch product. Quick charging and really fast shipping.
