      FAQ

      • A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 300-Watt. Besides, the whole wattage should be under 300 watts as well . Once exceeding, the Explorer 300 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

      • A: Working time = 293Wh* 0.85 / operating wattage of your device
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 30W (might be a box fan), working time will be 293Wh*0.85/30w=8.3hrs (rough calculated) .
Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

      • A: Yes, you can use the Explorer 300 to charge other things, while it's being recharged at the same time.

Customers praised this compact power station as "the best small unit for emergency situations" and ideal for camping. Shoppers appreciated its portability, ease of use, and ability to charge multiple devices. The refurbished condition arrived "near perfect." One customer noted the 300-watt limit may restrict usage with high-power devices.

I love these Jackery units, I have a 1000v2 also

I love these Jackery units, I have a 1000v2 also. The 300 is handy for overnight camp trips. Love the layout and its smaller size is handy. Very happy with it.

The Jackery 300 refurbished is an excellent buy

The refurbished Jackery 300 is an excellent buy that comes with everything needed. I have used it twice since purchasing; it is great for camping or traveling when I want to use my portable freezer/fridge, as it powers it for 24+ hours. It is definitely worth the purchase, and since it is refurbished, it was half the price of a new one.
