Jackery 3600 Solar Generator Order

First delivery within a few days were the Solar Panels. Excellent packaging, and surprised by the weight. About 2 weeks later, the 3600 Plus was delivered. Again, excellent packaging, easy to unpack ,I anticipated the weight, and the unit was in excellent condition. I read the manual and set it up to charge with home electricity. It was fully charged within 2 hours. The unit was really quiet.

I still have not received the Jackery 300 (refurbished unit), that the advertisement stated was included as the 3rd. item in the order, the day I ordered the Solar 3600 unit. I will be contacting Jackery to resolve this error. I will add another review after talking with Jackery Customer Service. I hope they make good!

This is my second Jackery unit. I loved the first one so much I got a second larger one.

Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus

In the beginning, I was just trading up from a couple of Jackery 500s so that I could have a power station that can run more things, but I now realize it even runs my high amperage 1/2 horespower sump pump to remove the basement water in the sump pit n case of an outage. Now, I have a backup full power pump along with a backup power source that works. No worries ever again!!! My last basement flood cost me a months worth of work and $4000. Thanks Jasmine!

Love the product. I wasn't notified when it was shipped and it was soaked but other than that it was great!

I love my 3600 so far

I've had my 3600 Plus about a month. A few days after receiving it, my power went out for approx 4 hours just as I was beginning breakfast. I was able to plug my Ninja up to my Jackery and have my smoothie just as planned. Lighting, my computer...all were available due the this product. I love it so far. I have not tested out the solar panels yet but hope to soon.
