Twelve days ago I set out on a camping trip to a remote part of Wyoming by myself. Since I was going to be making more of these trips alone into remote locations (I’m a rock hound) I purchased StarLink and the Jackery Explorer 1000. I also had a Jackery 160 I had gotten as a gift along with me as well. I ran out of gas 33 miles from my destination. It happened that my phone died at the same time! I had no services available to be able to reach anyone to get help. Thankfully I had the the two Jackery solar generators with me! I plugged my phone into the 160 to charge and connected StarLink to the 1000. Took a very short time to charge my phone and I was able to reach a service that brought me fuel. I was stranded for over three hours and shudder to think what would have happened if I had not had my Jackery solar generators. Only one or two vehicles passed by me within each hour. One positive thing that came from the experience was that I now have confidence that I can have power no matter where I am!

Been waiting to use the Jackery Solar Generator before providing a review. The JSG is being used to power a CPAP on camping excursions with the Scouts. In trials at the house in ideal conditions can get two nights on a full charge. On the weekend Campout can get the same. Was hoping for at least three nights but not possible. As winter approaches am curious how the JSG will perform in cold weather. Have yet to use the purchased solar panels.

Took it camping for the first time and used it for lighting, boiling water and cooking. Easily made it through the weekend without a recharge. Used a SolarSaga 200W to partially charge it for the first time. It would be nice to have multiple panels to charge faster, but it was easy to orient to the correct direction/angle and get charging. Definitely pleased with the product and its value for money, I'll be using this time and time again while camping.

Absolutely love my Jackery. I've been using it to power a fan, heating blanket and cell during wildfire season in the PNW.

I just bought the 3000 for my camper after using a friends to power up a hand washing station during fire season.

The solar panels work great, when the sun is out. When I need to charge my Jackery up again, during cloudy/snowing weather, I use the a gas generator.

I've used all the power chargers. They work great.

The solar panel support legs broke off after a month. I did get 240 watts input once from the 200 watt panel. I use mine to run a 23 cu ft refrigerator during high cust time of day and most of the night. The main problem is the ac output just turns off for no apparent reason. It's highest output during defrost is 640 watts. So, it's not being overloaded.

This unit gives me exactly the power I need to run my desktop computer and monitor for nine hours from anywhere. Now I can set up my workstation overlooking the picturesque mountains of Sedona. The solar charging works excellent as well giving me a completely recharged battery in under seven hours. Thanks, Jackery!

I’ve been wanting a jackery for awhile now. I finally got one and I love it. I’ve used it only once while dry camping. It ran a crockpot to warm chilli no problem. Ate up quite a bit of power. I also got some panels to charge. I used them the next morning and charged it up. Takes a little longer than when plugged in but to be expected. Charged small electronics like phones etc. no problem. I love this purchase!

My Jackery 1000 arrived two days after I ordered it, and two days before the hurricane.
On que the electric went out not long after the winds started picking up.
Freezer had been emptied into a large cooler, the Jackery was fully charged.
So during the night when the humidity went through the roof, and there's no way you can go to sleep with no air moving, temperature around 95.
But I had my Jackery and two fans one for me and one for my wife.
Charge the battery on solar then at night I had (according to Jackery 17 hours with one fan, two fans around 8.
So nice having that information on the screen, no math involved 👽🖖
Plug that coffee pot in get your coffee and unplug it ... You would be surprised at how much energy it uses.
Down the road we plan on checking into whole house jackery system.

I bought the Explorer 1000 v2 for a long road trip as an emergency tool. We'll, it didn't take long to figure out I can plug in a small fan and clip it to the back seat and keep the dogs in their crates cool in the cargo area. That's something I can use all hear round, and make sure the a/c or heat circulates properly. Still driving and fingers crossed we won't need it, but I am glad it's along for the ride.

Jackery ran a pre-sale on this Explorer 1000 v2 and I couldn't pass up the deal. I own the small 300 and love it, bought another brand solar power and just didn't like it as much. I haven't used my new Explorer 1000 v2 but I'm sure I'll love it too!!3

I had the jockery 1000 plus, ran it last year for a 1-month road trip running my Iceco JP30.
Which I never had an issue, this new unit triggers and error code on compressor startup of the fridge showing low voltage running off the 12 volt. Not very happy as if I run it off the 110 volt it will drain the battery much quicker. Again never had an issue with the older unit. Not satisfied

We didn’t have any expectations but the jackery 1000 has already paid for itself. We had a tornado pass through about 4 miles away and our power was out for about 7 hours. It kept our sump pump going for an hour and once the rains stopped we powered up the refrigerator for an hour twice which saved all of our food! The only negative was it didn’t come at a 40% charge (only 20%) but it quickly charged up just in time.

Works great! Recharged with the solar 4 panel in four hours! Battery was at 25%.

Its a bit smaller than my 2000, and more portable. Great for the boat.

I’ve always had some sort of passive solar and was ready to try a solar inverter. I ordered the whole package explorer 1000 portable Jackery solar system. It was so simple to set up and use immediately.
I did have one question so I called the Jackery helpline got a human to help me. It was a wonderful experience for a 75+ yo Grama. I recommend Jackery to anyone interested in solar. 🌝. Jackie Warren.

Not too heavy for me to lift and carry in my van for camping! Solar panels are easy to set up. Would have liked it if you had made some carry bags to put the solar panels in to protect them! Now you can make them and send to me to preview those! lol!
