    • As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

    • It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The pocket's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.

    • We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

    Great product but needs better explanation of accessories required

    We have the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus generator + 4 of the 200w solar panels. It would have been nice to know how many cords and what types we needed before purchasing too many or too little of each different one, or missing some entirely because it isn't clear on the website what is included in each box and what you have to buy separately. Overall satisfied but we couldn't even set up our entire system for over a month because we were either missing cords that had to be bought separately, or had too many of what we thought we needed & didn't.

    Blows my mind

    Solar powered electricity has been around as a boy since I was a boy (and I'm old!). Nevertheless, it blows my mind that I can take 2 or 4 or 6 panels, daisy-chain them together, and expeditiously recharge my power base. The Jackery panels perform to spec (making it very easy to calculate how many I need and how long it will take to re-charge). More, the panels are easy to carry, position, and chain.

    I recently purchased the 2000 plus power station. This review will only be for the purchase online with Jackery and the delivery of the products, as I have not had the opportunity to use the items yet. First the help by phone and then the online purchase went very well and I had all of my questions answered. The products arrived when promised and in perfect shape. The shipping boxes and packaging were very well done. The products are very well made and appear to be very high quality, all cables, batteries, power station and solar panels. I looked at other products, but none had the quality or ability’s to expand with extra batteries packs. These are truly in my opinion the best on the market at this time.
