[Add-on] SolarSaga 200W

My wife and I are pleased with our purchase of the Jackery HomePower 3000, thus far. I haven’t fully tested its capabilities yet, but I am confident it will perform as expected. We love the fact that the 3000 has a 30 amp plug. We own an RV travel trailer & plan to Boondock (Off grid RV camping without AC power & hookups). Supplying power to our RV will be as simple as plugging our 30 amp power cord from the female output on the 3k into the 3k external male input on our RV. You have to purchase the 30 amp cable separately. If it should rain, I plan to place the HomePower 3k elevated & underneath the RV to keep it dry. On sunny days, I plan to utilize the Jackery 500W solar panel. My hope is by doing so, as the RV uses power, the 3k will simultaneously be charging itself via the solar panel. The 3000 has two solar panel inputs. My only disappointment thus far is the fact that you can’t plug a 500W solar panel in one port and a 200W solar panel in the other. They have to be mirrored. In other words, you have to use two 500W panels (One plugged into each port), or two 200W panels. If you don’t do this, you risk damaging the HomePower 3k. Jackery doesn’t make this apparent to their potential buyers. I determined this to be the case after reading the 3k & solar panel directions after purchasing. I purchased a spare 200W panel thinking I could utilize both together (one in each port) to charge the 3k faster than if I only had one of each charging the 3k. I would have purchased another 500W panel (Instead of the 200W) and used it with the 500W panel which came with the order option I selected. Jackery needs to make this known to consumer's before hand.

Absolutely a complete package for charging my Cybertruck and operating our Airstream Basecamp 20X with the Explorer 2000 solar charger and 6 200 watt panels!!

Impressed with solar panel. Installation a breeze. Went to connect the extension cable to the Anderson cable. Didn’t fit. The end of the Anderson cable had an 8020 connector and the input connector on the extension cable was a 7909. Had to order an adapter so I can use the extension cable. Waiting on the connector so I can use the panel. Why sell an extension cable that needs an adapter? Extra cost for the customer as well as a delay on being able to use the solar panel.
