Good product. Bad service

Had my Explorer shipped to me with the 200 Solarsaga and a carry bag. The bag never showed up and lost in shipping. They wanted me to call FedEx to file a claim. Not my job. Finally they took care of it and got the bag over 2 weeks after ordering it. Also 3 days after purchasing Amazon dropped the price $100. I guess I’ll order from Amazon next time.
