Jackery to the rescue! I put it in the back of my vehicle, drove over to her, and began charging it. In less than 30 minutes I had charged it enough and already had it parked in my garage.

Because she had pulled over safely in front of someone's home, I had no hesitation to use this since it operates silently, but if I had a gas generator it would have been loud and surely attracted the attention (and possible ire) of neighbors.

I was pleased to be able to use this in a real-world scenario, and it worked effortlessly as intended. I feel more secure knowing I have this for situations that can come up unexpectedly.

Solar Generator and Spare Battery work fantastic powering my garage opener, four 200watt led lights and four quad electrical receptacles. Solar panels recharge battery everyday as needed.
BUT the solar panel design is terrible. Holding it up at a 45 degree angle is two small flimsy fiberglass stands per 200w panel, similar to your picture frame sitting on a table. Very disappointed, 5mph winds kept blowing them over or they would collapse. 2hrs later I discover them flipped over, lost 2hrs of charging. I had to just lay them flat until I finished building three solar panel skids to hold them up and secure them. (Many places sell them online if you don't want to make them)

Our new Jackery Explorer 2000, extra batteries and Solar Saga 200 panels work as expected and perform well. The system is able to power a heat lamp for our chickens overnight reliably. The only improvements we would want would be longer cables for the solar panels and better WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity over a longer distance.

Like many reviews prior to purchasing, pulled the 2000 Plus out of the box and it displayed 48% charged. Then unwrapped the 200 watt solar panels and plugged in, set in full afternoon sun, and watched the input wattage go to 340! Very impressive since it was late in the afternoon.

Everything works great! Very satisfied with the entire package; it will do exactly what I need it to and highly recommend this unit to everyone. Super easy to use and maneuver.

The solar panels did not come with storage bags, so I will stow them in the double wall cardboard boxes each was shipped in. Very strong and will minimize damaging. A padded bag for each solar panel would be nice.

I did plug into house power to finish charging to 100% capacity (the sun went down) to complete the first full charge. Ready to rock and roll now!

Plan is to use it at my home for emergency situations if/when power goes out - which is thankfully not typically very often. Have not had to use it during a power outage yet, but during a a day of testing- it performed well running our kitchen refrigerator, home Wi-Fi, lamp and fan… plus separately an air fryer and coffee maker. The air fryer was the biggest hog reducing battery life, followed by the coffee maker I forgot to turn off.

The first charge to 100% was with the home outlet and was very fast to charge.

The solar panels were used after the test and worked well until I ran out of daylight… then finished with the outlet.

It stores neatly in a closet both I or my wife can easily access to setup.

App works well too - easy setup.
Overall very happy and feel confident it will perform when needed!

Amazing it was expensive definitely but I did appreciate the coupon definitely I went off grid with it and we love it we live in camper and power up everything at least for 2 days with out charging but using everything so I'm very happy that we got it we have a small jackery that we relied on but now we have no problem with power

I purchased this for my camping needs when power is not available at camp sites for use with my Class A, Pop-up and truck camping. To date I have only used it with my Class A which has an on-board gas generator (which is not useable during quiet hours at parks). In conjunction wile running appliances on propane, the 2000 Plus powered me through the night with heat and general lighting with power to spare the following morning. Once noise restrictions are lifted I was able to recharge plugged in to my RV with the generator running in less than the 2 hours expected and or recharge and maintain with the 2 panels that came with my system. I am very much liking the system and contemplating purchasing additional panels to supplement the charge rate I already enjoy.

I ordered one for me and a little while later I ordered another for my father-in-law. Both came on time and in great shape. They both charged up fine with no problems. I used mine to power an outdoor fan during our recent hot spell and over a 12 hr span at high speed I used about 40% of the charge. So far it looks well worth the money! By the way thanks for the senior discount!

Setup piece of cake. Have not used it yet but pleased with how well this is made and love the app as well.

Nice combination with battery. I like the ability to emergency stand alone charge the battery.
Cost effective; smaller size allows easier handling for mobile use.

2000+ works good in our RV as a back-up , no need to run the generator for coffee & microwave. Having some issues synking the app. Not too viable for a refrigerator power source ! Not much info with unit is there an on line manual ??

This product works perfectly, I’ve been using it in my shed and it has made working in there much more convenient. In addition, I’m ordering the solar panel soon and can’t wait to add it to this already amazing product.

on my first RV adventure with the 2000+ system it worked well, I look forward to many more fully powered trips in the future, and in-home power backup when the power goes off in the future.

Didn’t start my generator.
I purchased upsized system understanding from advertising that I would have 220 volt power. That was not the case. Not what I thought I was buying

I like the system but it will not stay running 24/7. I currently have it set to power a small light and a greenhouse fan. Following the instructions to set it to not shut down has not worked. After a period of time it goes dormant - disabling the light and thermostatically controlled greenhouse fan.

Love this product

Delivery was a bit scattered with the unit arriving last. The biggest issue was in setting up the app, somehow the unit was putting out 120v 50 HZ. Nowhere in the manual does it even say it is capable or putting out 50HZ, just 60HZ. Your customer service was also not aware if this or how to toggle it back to 60HZ. Someone on a Google search tole how to do it by holding down the AC switch. Come on people - you got to do better than this! Very disappointed. Just glad I spotted it before damaged any sensitive equipment!!!!!!

Overall build quality seems very well done, from actual unit to cables and everything. Very impressed there.
Only hang up is unit doesn't seem to hold a charge for as long as you would think when running low wattage items. Drains faster than expected. Items include TVs, lights, toasters, air fryers, mini fridge.
Also, solar charging seems slow. with both 200W panels in extreme sun it took 8 hours to charge unit back from 56% to 100% without any output being pulled to other devices. I could never get more than 300watts of input into unit.
Overall nice but seems I need a more robust system like the 2000 add on pack and additional panels. I'm thinking maybe one of my panels is bad.

Just purchased and now have peace of mind at home or camping.

first time with any back up power, I like the online support probably ai but that's ok I called up and not wanting to spend a rem and a leg after asking tones of questions it finally came down to the Jackery 2000 pulse. charging it now. so far with the online support and shipping going easy 5t star happy.
