The ETFE-laminated design make it extremely temperature and corrosion resistant, with a functioning temperature range of -20~65℃(-4~149°F). The battery grid is designed on the back of the panel, preventing battery cracks whilst giving longer battery life.
Recharging Time
Sustainable Energy Saving
1. Solar Recharging time varies from different location, temperature, weather etc. The actual time may be different.
2. During solar recharging, keep your portable power station away from heat and direct sunlight in order to extend its life span.
3. Avoid contact with corrosive substances during storage, keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid storing with sharp objects at the same time.
As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The pocket's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.
We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
Bottom Line: They no longer come with a convenient storage bag to keep everything in.
I bought into the Jackery system a year ago after losing power multiple times. I bought a Jackery 2000 Plus kit with two Panels. I just bought a battery extender and a new panel to use three at once. The new panel looks great and has some nice new features. But where is the storage bag? That was something I really loved about my original panels, as these are quite the investment, and the bags helped to keep the panel safe and provided a place to store the cable. I wish Jackery would have kept the bag as it was a very convenient addition and upped my customer satisfaction.
Amazed at the compactness, durability and compactness of my Jackery Explorer 1000 unit. Highly recommended!
I recently received my 4th Jackery Solar Saga 200 and it is like a cheap knock off compared to my other 3. There are 2 kick stand supports instead of 3, they are made of a thinner more flexible materia, 3 1/4” wide instead of 4 1/4” and connected by 2 rivets instead of 3. The result is a big sag in the middle of the panels. The solar panels themselves are thinner and have a different pattern and the connector cable is not interchangeable with the other panels. It came without the nice protective carry case that the others came with. I have ordered over 20 products from Jackery and this is the first time I have been disappointed in the quality you can see in the photo that the new panel is the only one sagging
Recently the design of this panel changed from the version with 3 legs and came in the case (still illustrated and shown on Photos on Jackery Site) to a version with only two legs and no case. While the outside panels snap together magnetically the inside must be aligned to use the mechanical snap. I found it pretty difficult to get setup as the inside folds were quite stiff and keeping the floppy outside legs in position was a challenge. I had to find something to prop up the middle as the 2 legs didnt provide sufficient stability. When folded the legs stayed in place with only a small strip of velcro on the elastic and tended to get knocked off. The version didnt come with any sort of case so having those legs exposed to catch on things became a problem. The cord that plugs into the panels is on the top - leaving a little concern about the water tightness - also there is a issue that the alignment tongue on the plug is hard to see which can causesome frustration if you get it wrong. Power wise in bright sunlight I got about 10 watts less than a pair of old solar saga 100's in series
