    • A:  Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the Explorer 500 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

    • A:  Working time = 500Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.
      For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 500Wh*0.85/60w=7hrs (rough calculated) .
      Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

    • A:  Within 7.5 hours from an AC wall outlet; Also another two recharge backup choices for your convenience, recharge from car port around 7.5 hours, and around within 9.5 hours from Jackery Saga 100W solar panel (Sold Separately).

    • We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

    • Yes, the 100W solar panel has 1* USB-C(5V,3A) output port and 1* USB-A(5V, 2.4A) output port

    Great Product just didnt meet our needs.

    Make sure to check the power usage of the products you'd like to use it for. This is a nice unit and the solar power is nice as well, however we had purchased it as it boast about being able to run products such a mini fridge, laptops, and tvs. Which sounds great but are not typical items we would take in our camper. Purcahsed to help us camp in a camper off grid where they did not allow firepits or gas generators for forrest concerns, However small items such a small coffee pot, toaster, griddle, or waffle iron take much more voltage than you'd think and we could not find anything anywhere for cooking equipment that could run off of this solar generator. We missed our return window because we bought it in advance but the customer service was kind enough to work with us and understanding of our situation.

    Bought this for using in the mountains to run some equipment (a fan, recharging electronics, running a Starlink) and it was fantastic. The panels were adequate for the Starlink on sunny days but I wouldn’t mind having a second set of panels to increase the input.
    Very easy to understand, setup, and use.

    The best product and packaging ever. Arrived safe and on time.

      I finally found a good solution for charging my wife's O2 concentrator.  Last year I used a 1500-Watt power inverter connected to the truck battery 24 hours a day and changing out the concentrator's every 3 hours with a continues draw on the batteries.  I ordered a 500 Watt Jackery solar generator from Amazon. The solar panel worked well.  We started out with a full charge from the 110 outlet at home and were able to maintain a solar charge at no less than 84%.  On Saturday we went to Walmart in Smelterville and plugged it into the lighter socket and brought it back up to 100%.  I even used it to charge the radio and electric fan and it's quiet! She will sleep peacefully all night long without interruption.
    The mountains and lakes of North Idaho will be quiet without my diesel engine running unnecessarily.

    On a side note. I have never had a product delivered to me in a better packing.

    Great for boon docking

    Seems to meet my need, especially when paired with their solar panels. I use it to power my Starlink mini when boon docking. With solar have power full 24 hours.
