well designed device with excellent uder interface on the decice and on the smart phone app. Seems to be well made and the carrying handle makes it comfortable for moving the unit with one hand.

Works as I had hoped

I already owned a 1000 and 200 jackery.
I use them at a cabin I have in Northern New Hampshire where I don't have any electricity. Although I have DC power, the jackery was essential when I couldn't start my generator to charge my batteries. I even let my 200 to a neighbor who needed to regularly charge her phone and other equipment. I decided I should really invest in the 2000 to have at my regular home. I haven't had the need to use it yet but I feel comfortable as I could plug my refrigerator into it should I lose power. I will say it is quite heavy so I have purchased a little small rolling cart that fits on so I can easily take it where it is needed. Jackery is the best.

There customer service is horrible I’ve been try to return this battery and I’m on my 4th email and they want to send my case to revenant team.. they seem shady I’ve never in my life had to jump through so many hoops to return an item.

This panel completes my Jackery Explore 290 Plus system that I use on my boat. Real nice panel and great quality. Light weight panel that is simple to use.

Works Great! Easy install. Plan your wiring routes, follow your plan. Took 30 minutes to completely install. most time consuming was routing the wires. instructions are clear and easy to follow.

i actually hooked three extension cables to my solarsaga 500 panel, and it powered my homepower 3600 plus just fine. then i checked with tech support and they advised against it, so i just add one extension cable to each of the solarsaga 500's that i run daily on my homepower 3600. great cables on a great system!

I am not an electrician so I have been doing a lot of research on all of the expensive modular pieces that can go into a Jackery system.
It has been 30 years since last I installed a solar system.
I like that the inverter, controller and battery are now a single unit. Awesome.

I do not like the pricing. The Jackery stuff may make things simple to assemble but that comes at a premium price.

Perhaps it would have been best if I had called a sales rep and explained my needs. That way I could have seen the enormous price tag for the entire system requirements.

Still cheaper than what we used to install.

So I have received several requests for a review.
I am still waiting my 240V cord to install a manual transfer switch. The one from jackery is too expensive.

When I get my well running I will edit this post.

I have run across discount codes in doing research. That would have been nice to know prior to ordering.

UPDATE : Jackery was kind enough to send me an $80.00 U.S refund/discount.
I would definitely call a sales rep to assist in your ordering. Be prepared with a list of your load requirements and overall wants from your system

I haven’t had it long but it works as advertised

This panel seems like an upgrade from my dual set of 100 watt panels. I live off this small set up for have the year and they keep me well supplied with power

The style and size was perfect. My only hesitation was the website was a little confusing but after contacting customer service I was able to clear things up and pull the trigger on this unit.thanks again for a great product.

I bought this for camping and because it is expandable for home use. Haven't started using it yet but I tried it with my cpap machine. It worked for 8 hours (with humidifier) and it only used 20% of the charge. It should do even better without the humidifier. If it continues to be this good, I will be very happy!!

Spotted these at Costco and picked up 3 of them. One for my fridge, one for the upright full size freezer, and one for my entertainment center. Our power goes out very frequently, and I have been looking for something like this for quite some time. The power has gone out briefly twice since I bought them, and they work flawlessly. Actually, the only way we knew the power had gone out was the toaster oven beeping when it came back on. The television never even flickered.
One big improvement that needs to be made is the unit needs to be ambidextrous. I hung these on the wall with the optional hanging brackets. Both my fridge and my freezer required it to be hung on the right. When you do that, the display and power button are hidden and the power cords are visible. The unit needs to be designed so that it could be hung on the left or the right. Another improvement I would make is to attach some sort of power cord strain relief to the unit itself. I ended up using P clips to attach the cord to the wall. Lastly, my fridge power cord has a flat plug that turns slightly to the right. Once hung on the wall, this cord would not fit, the wall was in the way. I ended up ordering a new power cord that had a straight plug.
I once had to throw away all of the food in my fridge due to an extended outage. These units bring me tremendous peace of mind.

We needed an emergency backup at a rural Short Term Stay / Vacation rental. Something without noise, fumes, or complicated. The Jackery 3600 is perfect for short power outages.

I’m very satisfied with my Jackery 3600! Just knowing I have backup power in case of an outage gives me great peace of mind, especially for keeping my refrigerator running and protecting important medications. I haven’t had to use it yet, but knowing it’s there is comforting. My only suggestion would be to include a heavy-duty dolly or wheeled base with extension handle specifically designed for the battery, as it is very heavy and difficult to move. Especially for seniors. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the security it provides!

Pros.
Unit arrived super fast in excellent condition.
Super easy to use.
Now I have instant reliable power in a grid failure, no messing with my gas generator.
After 3 weeks of storage, I still have 100% power saved in my batteries.
Easy maintenance, you only need to discharge/drain the unit yearly to maintain battery life.

Cons.
The utility power cable melted to the outlet on initial charge but after I contacted Jackery support they shipped me a new one.

I like the fact that I got it in time for our power to go out for 3 days and it ran perfectly. I will definitely be expanding. Thank you.

Wow, we ordered this beast of a backup to power our 2.5-ton central AC unit and two days after the Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus arrived, we did an all-night test, and we were able to power our AC for eight hours until the Jackery ran down to 20% at which time we stopped the test. Eight hours means we can have AC overnight in an outage, and the machine can go farther if we need it to! We are very pleased and now that we own a total of four Jackerys of various sizes, we are true believers in the brand and in the performance. We have a YouTube playlist on our YouTube channel dedicated to the Jackery power units and they get regular views, which helps a lot of people!

I only just purchased this for future power loss. We yet to experience one. I charged it to 80% and tested it on several appliances which all powered up and ran e.g. coffee griender, coffee machine, totaster oven. My main concern is extended power loss and the main kitchen refrigerator. We do have a spare in the garage and a chest freezer too. But this unit won't be big enough to power all 3 during a several day power loss. I'm working on a solar solution to charge during several days if the weather permits here in North of Atlanta Georigia.

Product is fine. Customer service needs improvement. They did not reply/respond via phone when requested after 7 times. I prefer speaking to a person and not AI savvy, especially when making such important purchases.
