A: Yes, the Jackery E1500RO can be recharged via other brands of solar panels, the Jackery E1500Pro can accept DC 11-60V.
We do not recommend using other brands of solar panels to recharge the Jackery power station.
Since we can not guarantee other brand quality and provide after-sale service for it if it is damaged by other solar panels.
A: It is rated for 2000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there.
A: Please know the "1000 cycles to 80%+ capacity "is actually equivalent to "2000 cycles to 70%+ capacity".
There is a difference in battery performance after 1000 cycles (80%)and 2000 cycles(70%)
A: We provide to 3-year warranty and an extra 2-year auto-warranty for Jackery website orders, and for Amazon orders, please register your item on official website. That is 5-year warranty in total.
A: The Jackery power station E1500 Pro can run the device at 110V and requires less than 1800W. if it is no more than the output power of the Explorer's AC port, it can be supported by Explorer.

A: How to turn on the low power consumption: press the AC switch button + DISPLAY at the same time, if it is not turn on, the system will automatically shut down after 12 hours of no-load or low power consumption.
How to turn off the low power consumption: Press the AC switch key + DISPLAY for 1 second.
A: Please check the following points of the difference (main, but not all).
1) E1500 Pro doesn't need the power brick, a piece of power cable is ok for recharging,
2) E1500 Pro has a faster recharge time than E1500 and has 2 DC input ports
3) E1500 Pro has a longer life cycle than E1500.
4) E1500 Pro can self-diagnose faults and display it to customers.
