Everything about this is solid. Wonderful quality. If you are tired of low quality solar panels, or emergency batteries, this is really the next level. Not really designed to put in a backpack or carry around, this is more something you would haul in your truck. Solar panels are a little stiff to open up. And you may have to work with them so that they will stay open and not scissor back shut. But you could easily fix that with a few carefully placed large binder clips delightful product. Wish they made a smaller one for Starlink.

used for a weekend camping trip. powered air mattresses, charged 2 phones, and powered a projector to watch a movie all at an unpowered site. lasted the entire weekend with no recharge.

A+ for packaging, with 3 nested boxes for protection, and then boxes inside for individual items. Best packing ever. Power was at 33% on arrival. No instructions but not needed. It was easy to plug on and charge. I love it and will test it out soon.

I love my "Little Jack." I bought this to power a 12v, 53 quart cooler/freezer, so I can use the Jackery 1000v2 to power other essentials when the power goes out. Like the fact that I can use the Solar Panels that came with the 1000vs with Little Jack. Great product. Not hoping for a power failures, but I'm ready when it happens!

Its portable to fit in the trunk of car. Doesn't take long to charge via wall outlet. Took me a while to figure why it wasn't solar charging but after some resetting it worked. Charges most of my gear, doesn't run a vacuum cleaner FYI. Glad I purchased.

We bought this over the summer for camping. We went for a whole week when it was fully charged we were able to blow up two queen size triple thick air mattresses, and still have enough to charge any electronics that we had. The solar power takes a little longer to charge than if you were to plug it into an outlet but over all we love it

Love this battery pack. I have had it for almost 1 year now. It has powered lights and other equipment at craft shows with ease. I have had other vendors ask about it, so I have recommended it to others.

Amazing all-in-one renewable power source! Upon opening you can tell this is a quality product. All major components safely/neatly packed in individual boxes within the main. Cords come in well-made zip pouch. Solar panels come in a sturdy, reusable closing box. The app makes use so simple. I feel so lucky to have gotten this with an $80 coupon!!! It's still expensive, but its worth the price for what it is and how very well it is made! VERY Happy.

It’s small and compact. It’s able to power lots of different things you would bring while camping. That is what I mostly use it for. I tend to lose power where I live in the forest and this came in handy when I needed to plug in some lamps for light. If you’re looking to lower larger products get a high wattage. I think I would have preferred a larger wattage output then this but wasn’t sure as this was my first generator purchase. I’ll definitely buy a bigger generator from Jackery as this is a great brand.

Great product for charging iPads , iPhones, androids and other mobile devices including providing power to desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and fax machines. Great product that provides a source of power and a charging station source when one isn’t available.

We ordered our Jackery during the Prime Day Sales earlier in July 2025. They arrived promptly via FedEx and I was able to charge both the Homepower 3000 and the Explorer 240. One week later, severe storms went thru our area the afternoon of my birthday during the 110 F heat wave and knocked out power to over 60,000 customers. I didn’t worry since I had two Jackery units - just simply turned them on and ran our fridge and fans to stay cool.

I bought this item to have on hand to keep a heated blanket going if the power goes out during a winter storm as well as keep a tiny desktop fridge on during a summertime power outage. While small, this helps keep items powered for 12-18 hours continuously on a full charge.

I’m definitely saving up for another small portable power generator as well as a Jackery 1000 or 2000 power generator as well to keep indoors during power outages. The electric grid in my area is dated in addition to my home being 90 years old. So the risks of the power going out for me is higher as such. In the last 5 years, I’ve had 3 power outages that have lasted anywhere between 12-36hr long.

While I would not say that I’m an extreme prepper, I will say that those 3 power outages have taught me how to build an emergency kit on a budget over the years to make power loss spells less cumbersome at home. In the photo, I also have collapsible solar lanterns, a few flashlights, candles to light, and a rechargeable hand warmer.

The solar panel was a disappointment. It has to be 100% in the sun or is useless. It also takes forever to recharge the battery.

No, I haven’t tested this one out yet. I expected to work just as good as the smaller 320s that I bought about a year ago. Very pleased and excited to get ready to go out and give it a test. Will update this review after the initial test run.

The fact that this doesn't come with the Solar DC to USB adapter is on it's own the reason I gave this 4 stars. I already don't really agree with Solar over USB being the only Solar charge method, the fact that the adapter isn't included makes it worse.

My 100w folder with native 45w USB PD output is generally able to fully charge it on a nice day. I would sooner use a 100w panel limited to 45w native usb than a smaller panel and use the DC-USB adapter.

My 30w folder with 20w usb works decent enough, but it's not gunna get a full charge in a day.

As for things I like. It works fine with Native USB solar panels, charging at very low wattages that other power stations will not register, The AC idle self-consumption seems quite good, and there are minimal losses while using this as a USB power bank from other idle losses.

In terms of refurb/renewed quality, there was some minor scuffs on the exterior of the product but nothing major. Everything seems to function at a new or like-new level.

Used this in my camper..it is totally quiet and is a little powerhouse I watched TV and a movie, charged my phone, charged my toothbrush and played my CDs all weekend long...The solar charging unit I got with it worked like a charm too....glad I have it.. well worth the money! And it is easily carried from place to place.. .

I’ve wanted to purchase this item for a long time now and glad I finally did it. I hate the feeling of not having a way to charge my necessities if I were in that situation. I’m excited to own this product and have the peace of mind knowing that I am prepared for any case. I saw that there was a promotion for a free carrying bag with the purchase of my item and didn’t see how to redeem so I could receive it. I would like to have that to protect my item. Order it!

Works amazing kept my phone charged and air mattress inflated for my whole camping trip and 8 hour drives. I don't love the handle, I'm afraid to break it but it's nice it folds down. Would love if it was built for wear since the size is perfect for camping.

Charge your items while charging the unit (solar) seems to work best

I’ve waited quite some time to order one of these bad boys for the longest time. I’ve debated on this, or the Anker 521 and settled on this due to Jackery’s strong reputation.

Booted right up, charged right up and ready to go. Super excited to use this on my camping trip this summer. Also got this on sale during Prime Days so it was a win-win!!

When I fly my drone, I prepare three fully charged batteries. With this lightweight portable charger, I can keep two batteries charging while the 3rd is in flight in the drone. Upon return of the drone a quick swap of batteries and I'm off again while the discharged battery is placed in the charging cradle plugged into the Jackery. I can go anywhere and fly my drone as long as I like and not worry about having to find an electrical outlet.

Great. This worked out great for my Forth of July family camping trip. My boys were able to use it while my sister in law used the Jackery 1000. I would say that it is the perfect little Portable Jackery that Jackery makes. The value for your money is excellent the power that you get is accurate. The charging speed is amazing. If there is an ultra charge this is it. It went from 30%; the original charge to 90 in 30 minutes if that. Best portable charging station hands down.

This thing is great charge multipe devices at high speed I bought it for an off grid camping trip for 3 days it went all 3 days and did not die, powering a Nintendo switch and and a projector for over 3 hours and changing my phone every single night, great price and product
