It’s great to have it but I still don’t know what caused the overheating either the connector, the cables , the panels or the generator. The generator shuts itself off when it’s getting hot or sometimes it’s still on but no power comes in. Otherwise it is great

Our connector last for 2 uses b4 giving up the ghost. Most recently using it to run 2 panels to our 2000 Pro generator we had no input and an F7 fault code. Removing the connector from the system all together and plugging the panels individually directly into the generator*NPUT charging resumed.
Not sure if there's a fuse or some other breaker inside the connector but whatever happened it has failed to connect 2 panels onto 1 connection to the generator

This part does what its supposed to do and does it well. It remains to be seen how it performs over time outdoors, but from a functionality standpoint, it works as its supposed to. One note I have to deduct a star for is this part is ridiculously overpriced for being a relatively simple component. Even with ruggedized, over-engineered parts - which is a good thing - it should not be priced so high.

It performs as advertised. I use it to connect 4 SolarSaga 200W panels to my 3600 Plus

Great! Should I buy another solar panel since a third one can be connected. Would the third one put to much current into the Jackery battries?

I own two systems. First a 3600 that has not been any issues, works like it should. Second, is a 6k with 1 2k battery with control unit and two 2k battery units. One of the the battery units has two of the display percentage lights out. This was fresh out of the box. Also there are no AC and DC labels on the 2k control unit like there is on the 3600.

It works almost like you'd expect the only thing is i feel it should be sold in pairs since if you use one youll need to use another otherwise itll shut off panels to compensate

Solar panel is way too big.

These connectors are fragile. If you use two panels, keeping checking on the button that covers the third port. that little cap does not stay on securely. I've have had TWO connectors that burned the third port up because the cap loosened.

Camping will be great hook up more solar panels works great

This makes connecting multiple panels easier

The panel connector is just what I needed. I can charge the battery twice as fast now.

One of them works perfect and the second one has a socket that seem to be on the weak side and the plug comes out if you are not careful. I just have to take a little more care.

If the sun is out power is coming in, jackery, it's a win-win.

It works, kind of. It seems to confuse the dual input controller on the Homepower 3600 Plus and needs to be manually removed and plugged back in to correctly detect input when the sun comes up. I am using a 500x in one main port and two 200x panels connected to the connector, which goes in the other main port. As with many Jackery products, it works, it's good quality build, but it's finnicky.
