I am very satisfied.

The generator, extra battery pack and solar panels all work well together. The units charged fast and works well powering household items. We haven't had a power outage yet but when we do this unit will be much more convenient than our gas generators. The price was a good value for the size generator, 3600w generator plus an additional 3600w battery for 7200w of emergency power. The 500w solar panels provide an adequate method to charge the units.Shipping was fast with good tracking provided.
I plan on purchasing a transfer switch and possible a 2nd generator to provide 240v and an additional 3600w. This would enable me to power my AC and range during a power outage.

It works so far

I bought this strictly for powering my 5th wheel when there is no shore power. It’s currenly powering both air conditioners (running wide open) with no issues. I’m very pleased with this purchase, as I will also be using the 5000+ for other tasks

Great used once and recharged unit

We took this to go camping, charging various devices and such, and it lasted for 7 days before having to recharge it again. I like the fact that it automatically shutoff the cable that didn't work. We havent used the solar power yet. Will definitely use it for the house when there is a blackout.

I havent used the warranty so I don't know how well it works yet.

The handle in the Jackery 2000 Plus is a bit delicate. Seems like a cheap luggage extension handle which will become flimsy with use. You need to improve it to handle such a heavy battery.

It didnt meet what we were needing and now they are forcing us to pay $150 fee. We used it once and put it back in its boxes and shipped it back. Will not ever buy again.

Amazing. Change last for several days running our 12v fridge/freezer. Totally amazed by the quality

Definitely went above our expectations! We are initially using it for the camper -- it is able to run so much: A/C, TV, 120 lights, and microwave without even sputtering. Off season we will be using it for our out building which currently does not have electricity. Very happy with our Explorer 2000 Plus!!

Convenient, compact and powerful

Apperars to be a well made product with excellent packaging. All charged up and ready for any power interuptions. Purchased 2 additional 2000 v2 units with Solar Saga 200 panels.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Needed a solution to power a small air compressor and to use for electric start on small motor equipment (snowblower etc).

I purchased this unit as additional support during hurricane season. I’ve not needed it yet this year, but I know that it will be useful in any power outage.

after getting the solar generator I charged it . I then hooked up my freezer to it and left it over night. the next day it was down to 80%. the generator seems to be doing good . I think that it would operate my ice box and freezer through the night . I have yet to check the charging power of the solar panel.

So far so good.

Excellent product and much improved weight compared to the v1 Pro Series. Works well with the 200W solar panels and holds a decent charge for a few days when running my electric cooler while camping.
