While overall, this is a very good product, i have to state some faults. Now I am NOT an electrician, so if my observations are incorrect, I apologize up front.
First, having a max 10A input on each Low-PV terminal is poor. And having a MINIMUM of 135v on the High-PV terminal is unacceptable. It makes finding the best compatible solar panels very difficult. And even the solar panel they sell to pair with the 5000, the SOLARSAGA 500 X, has 12.0A, which exceeds the max input of the Low-PV on the 5000.

I told them what I was needing solar generator for and they gave me this as their recommendation. Set up was so easy! Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. For someone who has never used solar power before, they put my mind to ease! If you are thinking about it, I say do it!

I bought this power station to provide backup power to my refrigerator in the event of a power outage. It fits nicely above the refrigerator and was very easy to install, but I haven't had a power outage yet so I cannot attest to its performance. The 5-star rating is for the ease of ordering, the rapid delivery and the ease of setup.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Plus

Working great I’ve been off grid camping in the past week and the panels have topped off my Jackery in HomePower 3000 perfectly. Running my fridge, laptop, phone and lights.

This little powerhouse is amazing I highly recommended I bought this to protect my business equipment during power outages it will literally keep my entire house on for days if needed its saved me 2x in the last 3 weeks since delivery

I have not used the power pack yet (still have power!), but choosing, buying and setting it up were very easy. The website and "chat" were very helpful, as was the user's guide that came with the pack. Very well packed, arrived quickly, and appears to be a sturdy piece of equipment.

We love the 2000 plus. In our area of Southern California, they turn off the power every time a big wind event is said to happen. Such a pain! We are able to keep our two refrigerators and one freezer cold during these times, with a 2000 plus for each. It would have been too heavy for us to move it around without the built in handle. This handle feature was a must have for us, which many other brands do not have. We've been very happy with Jackery and we highly recommend.

Haven't got to use a lot yet. Seems very sturdy and well made. Only complaint is cord from panel to power station could be longer. Had to order extension cord.

I waited on solar until packages were engineered. Yours seems to be the best. My wish is for more dc ports. The inverter heats up and runs a fan if using 120v. Some functions are unclear. When does the additional battery charge on the 1000+ generator, should it exceed 70%. Conflicting advice on how many panels can be charging generator using one splitter. Manual says 3 @ similar wattage, splitter cable says no!

Very satisfied with this purchase! I just bought a second one to gift to one of my children.

Does most of what it is supposed to do. However, will only take a charge from the Cigarette/DC port in my dashboard.

Powered the washer, refrigerator and pellet grill on separate occasions. Handled it well. Tried the solar panels to recharge at 57% power remaining. Took a little longer than expected.
