Hello, I have not had a chance to use the battery yet but think rubberized wheels would have been a no brainer…that’s my only complaint at this point. I’m glad I bought it. Hopefully the 500 watt panels will come down to a reasonable price at some point.

First shipment I received was dead out of the box. Went through the process and received a replacement (After shipping the dead one back) about 1 week later. Seems to be doing fine.

Great size and weight to tagalong with my Starlink mini, didn't give a 5-star because there is no sling-bag or other to keep it free from debris when I'm camping or out in about in less-than-ideal locations. Jackery's solution was use the bigger smaller bag...we all don't carry backpacks! Recommend

Had an electrician install it last night and it went very quickly. The electrician commented it was a pretty simple install. I hope I don’t need it anytime soon, but glad it’s there

[Add-on] Jackery Battery Pack 3600

I liked the size and type of this panel. However I had problems with the leg standa that come off the back. There are only 3. It would stand easier and better if it had 4 legs. Otherwise, I have not been able to yet test them as the weather here has not been good enought to set up the panels and see how well they work at charging.

This is a well engineered product. Very pleased with it so far. It has worked out great remote camping.
Service and support has been great.
The unit actually arrived a couple days earlier than expected.
There is some room for improvement however.
Two items I would like to see improved.
1. Add a button to enable / reset the Bluetooth function. I know it automatically turns off to save power but would like one touch button to re enable Bluetooth functions to the app.
2. I would like to ask for a variable charge rate. My problem is I charge the unit with a Hond 2000 watt generator, and the fast charge function is too much for the generator. On the other hand the " Quiet Charge" function is too slow. What I need is a medium charge function or better yet a user defined variable charge rate that is controlled thru the app.
Otherwise the Jackery team did an excellent job engineering this product. So glad I purchased a Jackery over a Harbor Freight unit.
You guys are the best. Keep up the great product engineering.

This just works but why i had to buy it to use in a Jackery product leaves me scratching my head.

I was able to get over 100 watts and very happy with this panel.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Plus

I have been happy with it. It has done everything you said it would do. It has been very easy and user friendly.

I am happy with it. It does what it says it will do. It is difficult to get the legs out with the panels angled and the panels all spread out as shown in your picture with one person, but can be done.

Significantly larger than I expected from the photos on your website, and did not come with a usb-c adapter for my jackery explorer 300 plus which was unfortunate. That being said its sturdy, with a nicely designed set of legs to prop it up. I'd buy it again.
