Works beyond what I had expected. Only issue if you can call it one, is that it's made in China. Sure wish we would start making what we engineer in the USA instead of having cheap labor do it.

While my Jackery arrived safe and sound, anything can happen in shipment, so the worry-free purchase was worth the small fee.

My son bought an E300 a few years ago for car camping. Given his positive experience, I bought a E1000 for myself. It’s easy to use, and provides instant power if ours goes out (in Southern California, the power seems to be shut off once or twice a year due to high winds and fire concerns). There are other brands out there, but Jackery has a great reputation, so the choice was easy.

I got it for more than 3 months. Working very well. So far so good.

Everything works well, customer service was attentive but slow to get things right.

I don't know what is going on but it is not charging my power charger

Have only had a chance to set it up once.
Midmorning when the Sun wasn't that strong.
Put the Panels away right before Lunch.
In less than two hours, battery recovered almost 20%

Anxious to set it up again, during the afternoon full Sun.

This purchase completes my home package and needs. Well satisfied.

We absolutely love our Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station! It is the perfect size for our van life. We can do so much with it from cooking to heating up the van. The handle makes it super easy and portable.

The 3600 looks really good.The weight is not bad.It was very easy to charge with the solar panels.Although the best I could get out of the solar panels was three hundred and sixty eight watts haven't had a chance to test it yet. I give it five stars because I think it's going to do with the advertisement says my rating may change after I do a bit of testing.

Used for my craft show for the first time and it was on powering two lighted (led) Christmas trees for 6 hours. It dropped to 70% which I found to be ok.

I’m going to test it on some overhead lights (led) to see what the power drain will be.

Overall, it worked as I needed.

Jackery SolarSaga 200W Solar Panel (Refurbished)

My high PV solar input is not working properly. I’ve contacted support and they’re really not being any help whatsoever. It’s been a week now and I’m getting really frustrated. I can’t get straight answers. I would like to just return it and get a replacement.

Horrible product. 2 3600 first had reverse polarity second had no ground. No help just told to return them

This is a must have for outdoor and indoor use. Good stuff very well made. I had to laugh when I vacuumed the house with little draw on the jackery

I had to send it back because it was too heavy. I got the 3000 instead and love it

Received it and charged it. Haven’t used it , and I hope everything will work as described.
