I'm glad these are finally back in stock. Exactly what we need around the house during power outages, and off grid travel with our Starlink mini. Although we have several other power stations, this will fit right in. After opening the box, it went directly on the charger as it was down to 0%. It seems to be charging up just fine. Only time will tell. I am very pleased with my other two Jackery power stations and can only recommend Jackery products. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."
I originally purchased another power station a few years ago. A couple of years later I tried to use it and found that it could no longer hold a charge. I didn’t know that you could not keep the power station plugged in continuously and I guess the battery just died.
I decided to purchase a new one, but decided to do more research prior to purchasing. I learned a ton from the Jackery videos and decided I’d go with the Jackery 3000. The purchase process was simple and I managed to get it while it was on sale.
Jackery's performance has been both outstanding and reliable in my experience.
Great little unit. It's hard for me to say this but it's definitely the best out of the EcoFlow Trail 300DC and the Anker C300DC this thing impressed me so much that I'm completely forgetting everything anyone told me about Jackery and find a bigger unit to try I'm thinking the Explorer 1000 V2 i really hope it don't disappoint because they crushed it with this one

Once the Jackery was finally delivered it was great. The delivery service Jackery uses is terrible. The solar panels came very quickly but the actual Jackery took over 10 days. When I contacted the Jackery I was told it was a weather issue nevermind the Jackery just sat in Arizona for a few days. When the product was finally delivered it was placed under my mailbox on the curb with the label facing out. Practically inviting someone to steal the device. Terrible service.
Powers our full size Samsung fridge for 24 hours. Charges very fast of mains power. Looking forward to adding enough solar capacity to charge it.
Convenient, transportable with handles/wheels, and power lasts a long time. Don't have to recharge often. Solar panels are useful using sun for energy when power is totally out.
Best product ever!! so far so good. Solar panels did its job indeed. Would recommend for anyone that is camping or living in vehicle or Rv
Shipped fast with all the necessary Cords . Instructions to add another battery could be a bit clearer, only marked (A) and (B) should be power ( in) and (out) , but a call solved that.
I love my Jackery. I can control my space heater from afar through the internet, and I have tried plugging in various appliances just because I am curious how much wattage they draw. toaster, heaters, electric blanket, air conditioner, etc.
