I got a little frustrated with it because the directions were not included. I couldn't figure out hot to plug it in to my device. 6 u-tube videos later, I got it figured out and it works just fine. But it needs to have an instruction card or something.
I like the ease of using your product and how it can be upgraded. The installation by Manny was excellent. He was very knowledgable and helpful.
The only thing I can see it should’ve had with it was the solar panel connection cables other than that it seems to work out fine, but that was an extra cost that I think should’ve come with the generator
I got it set up, I haven't had to use it yet, but I am sure it will be better than the 1000 I have had for a year, that one wasn't expandable, so I bought this expandable 1 to use for my refrigerator and freezer
At first, I couldn’t get it to charge you when it was plugged in. I left it at work over the weekend when I came back it was charged. Weird.
The Jackery 100 is perfect to take camping or have by the bedside to ensure my phone is charged in the event of power outages, which given the hot summer coming up is a real possibility.
Great unit. Works well for temp backup of the critical circuits in our house. Also bought the smaller 500 unit for mobile backup of specific devices.
seems good so far. I haven't been used all of the features yet, but it's nice that it charges in under two hours.
This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Runs my CPAP for four nights while charging my phone and electronics. Great tool for camping.
Gave it 4 out of 5 stars because out of the box, the unit had issues. Output of 113v instead of 120v and it kept throwing an F6 error whenever I would plug it in to recharge after testing. I ended up finding a Reddit thread that this F6 issue needed a software update to resolve. It took several emails and a couple of weeks to get this resolved. The units should be updated with this software update at the factory. Was disappointed that it took so long to resolve this issue. Otherwise....love the unit.
