Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus

Like the added power supply .

I am having problems with it. I called Support once and their remedy did not work.

I tried calling customer support, but cannot get through.

I’m displeased and would like a refund at this point. Or a replacement.

We purchased our Jackery solar powered generator from Costco, planning to use it in the camper we were building out. We loved it so much that we subsequently purchased three more batteries to extend its life. We also recently purchased extra portable solar panels. It’s fun watching how the Jackery can be charging back up with sunlight while it’s simultaneously powering our large Donetic refrigerator/freezer. These units are power houses and honestly one of the best purchases we’ve ever made!
