When the vehicle is not running, the product will enter standby mode and shut down automatically after 24 hours.

  • Why is the product not working?

      Some older or specific vehicle models have lower voltage, which may not match the product's operating voltage. If the voltage of is higher than the vehicle’s system voltage (12V/24V) and the product fails to operate after being switched on, please contact Jackery customer service for

Easy

Out of the box it was easy to set up and and connect to my phone. I have a 2000+ with solar pannels. i have only tested the pannels so far as i don't need them yet but with plain sun at an low angle (poor sun day) the pannel charged at about 80%. all the pieces are plug and play no connecting wires. I am very happy.

I Purchased the DC - DC charger for my 2022 Santa Fe to charge my 3600 watt generator when I need to take a 4.5 hour one way trip to my doctors office. I need to use Oxygen the entire trip. The Oxygen concentrator uses 550 watts the new DC To DC charger puts out 591 watts so it keeps the generator fully charged while running my concentrator at full. The only issue I found was the DcTo DC charger does not show up only he Jackery app to see how well it is working so you need to keep an eye on it take sure it is not getting too hot. I think it works great for my needs.

Works great -- just as advertized. I connected it into my 2023 Ford Transit camper van to charge my Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus while driving. Six time faster charging than the cigarette lighter charger -- 600W versus 100W. And it charges ONLY when the engine is running (alternator is providing a higher voltage) AND when I have the auxiliary switch turned on that is powered by the ACC line that I can control from the driver's seat. Perfect for this application.

Jackery DC-DC Alternator Charger - Review

I ordered this and discovered that it has no user control functions. Aka via an app. No firmware upgrade, no voltage controls, etc. Tech support was lack luster as well. I returned it and ordered a Bluetti Charger 1. Very satisifed with it.
