Great for annoying outages

I bought this as a gift for my 89 year old mom. She lives in a high wind area with frequent outages. Thankfully the outages are brief but this allows her to run a couple of lights and her tv. Keeps it charged and she’s fine. Great gift!

Solid performance!

Great Product - I'm glad I Finally Purchased...

I purchased the 700 Plus in November 2023. It was a very smart decision. I had my eye on the 500 for the longest but I heard good things about the Plus units and plus, I got it for less than what I would have paid for the 500 model.

It is heavy, in my opinion, but it works great. Since I don't plan to constantly carry it around, that's not an issue for me. I feel good having it in my possession in case anything happens with my power or if I take a car trip where I may need power.

I'm very impressed with the unit. I've tried it with a floor heater, my MacBook Pro and other items that needed power. It worked great and provided the # of charging hours I would get.

Lastly, I did have to reach out to customer service because the App wasn't accepting my credentials, I couldn't figure out how to sign up for the warranty, and the invoice would not download for me. They responded extremely fast (via email) and everything was resolved. That alone makes this a great purchase. If you are thinking about getting one, don't hesitate.

Great back up

Coming from a jackery 550 this is a great addition to my back ups charging time is fast. Can't wait to use it for camp. Right now it powers the shed
