Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Plus Kit (4kWh)

Received in good shape. Performs as advertised.

We purchased for our Mobile food truck business and are excited to use it! We ran into a snag with some damage during shipping but customer service jumped right in and remedied the issue quickly.

While testing the 2000 plus kit I unfortunately found that one of the solar panels does not work, I switched the cords from the two panels Incase it might be that but the same panel did not work and the other panel did with either cord so that concluded to me what is wrong !!!
Can we please arrange to switch the solar panel as quickly as possible, thank you !!!
I’m heading back early and will be taking another trip up to the mountains after I have the new panel to try another field test !!!
So far the power bank seems to last quite a while even with only one panel but I am being conservative with my usage !!!

I'm not your typical Solar Generator user. We had a particularly bad power outage during a bitterly cold winter storm at the start of the year. The cold got to the point we were about to abandon the house and get a hotel. So we got this to run our gas furnace off and on just to keep the house above 50f throughout any outage.

An electrician praise the brand of this transfer switch that came with the bundle, and was impressed at how many watts the SG2000 could put out.

Personally I've been happy with all of the features and only found 2 of them lacking
1. software, I would like to be able to balance charge all 3 units to 50% for storage for the spring/summer/fall times. I can sort of do this, but it requires charging them all to full and then discharging it to 50.

2. While praised by the electrician the transfer switch did have a loose wire that needed fixing. It was very obvious the moment you manipulated the plug, so it wasn't a hazard straight away. But checking wires with any kits is a smart safety step regardless.

The solar panels are VERY cool. they have a great handle for carrying, fold up very easily and nicely, and each solar panel's DC cable has USB ports to charge devices directly from the panels. We'll be deploying these if a power outage somehow outlasts our rationing plan for the batteries.

I bought the 6000 watt bundle to be able to run my travel trailer with. It came with 2 -200 watt solar saga panels. I set it all up and had the panels doing input as I was using it. Running bare minimum the input exceeded the output on my sunny days. That said, I never got above 280 watts of input. A tad disappointed in that. As I used more power, the output would overtake the input (as it should) but it still ran everything well and managed to keep up for the most part. I had my 1000 plus with me as well and eventually hooked the two 100 watt panels up as well. It didn’t add much but it was a little boost. All in all, I’m impressed at what I can do. Wouldn’t want to be in extreme heat as this will not power the ac, but it gets the job done for what I needed. Plan on adding to it in the future.

The system works great. I get optimal solar input by mounting the panels when I am not travelling. Six grommets as opposed to four grommets on the SolarSaga 200 would improve simple mounting. I am surprised Jackery doesn't provide a simple mounting solution

Exceptional product and customer support!! I ordered the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus and two additional batteries. Everything came packed exceptionally well there is no way it could have been packed better. In keeping with the "green theme" of the company, all packaging is void of styrofoam or plastic!

Getting things set up and charged including the two extra batteries was easy as can be. I just plugged it into the wall and shortly everything was charged.

I have not used the solar panels yet, however they are incredibly well built and I look forward to using them.

The Jackery app it is easy to use and is very intuitive.

If you are on the fence about purchasing a very high quality solar generator, do not hesitate! This is phenomenal!

Love my Jackery !!! Product was well packaged and arrived in Great Shape. Easy to set up. Had an Electrician connect the transfer box to my Breaker box. We are now ready for an outage that we hope never comes. Great peace of mind. No propane bottles or gas cans in my garage . This thing is clean, compact and expandable if necessary.

Bought the 2000 plus kit for hurricanes and power outages, it was packed very well, but still one of the wheels are bent, I did not complain due to the fact that my plan was to always put it on a roller platform. I have not had the need to use it yet, but I also bought the small 300, and have used it on camping trips, I have ran a small fan and charged all cell phones and it used 50% of its power in one day, then I recharged it. I am very impressed with its portability and battery. I love the jackery battery generators, I originally purchased after recommended from a friend and now I have also recommended it to friends and family.

Good product so far. The extension leads for the solar panels could be longer instead of having to purchase longer ones.

Order was smooth and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I have reviewed quite a few utube videos on the Jackery 2000 plus and felt it would be a good fit for my family’s needs. I have used them yet, however, they are charged and ready to go when the need arises.

I told them what I was needing solar generator for and they gave me this as their recommendation. Set up was so easy! Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. For someone who has never used solar power before, they put my mind to ease! If you are thinking about it, I say do it!

I love my Jackery setup. Now I'm ready to go for any situation and will be exactly what I need when I'm off grid. My only complaint is the cables to hook the units together meant I had to ulize a different location than I had plan to have room because they don't plug in flat to the unit.

After our house fire I bought the 2000 generator with 200 watt solar panels to put in the shop we're living in.we have it powering the TV an fan 24/7 amazing how a TV on can make it feel like it's gonna be alright .just added the 3600 home power kit running the fridge and lights , we really like that it's simple and reliable power so far so good , thinking of adding some 500 watt panels to really give the loud propane generator a break

Shipped pretty quickly, seems to be what we needed but haven’t used it yet.

I have only begun to explore the unit, but am very happy with the efficiency of the solar charging. I also tested the unit by running a large refrigerator off of it and feel very confident that it will help us weather any power outages in the future.

Returning all i purchased. Sent a defective battery. They want me to make a video and do all this stuff. You sent me bad stuff. I shouldn't have to spare my busy time. When I get a sec its all getting returned.

I purchased the 2000 Plus 4kWh kit, and added an additional battery for a total of 6kWh. It is able to power all the essentials in my home including refrigerator, chest freezer, lights, internet routers, and home office for about 24 hours. I also purchased 2 additional solar panels (for a total of 4 - 200w solar panels) and they will charge the batteries in about 8 hours (Florida). I sold my very heavy and noisy gasoline generator and no longer have to store the 5gal containers of gas. I feel much better prepared for the next hurricane!
