I recently decided to order a Solar Sago 100 to use with the new Jackery 880 i purchased a few months ago. I decided to take advantage of the pre Black Friday discounts and get it instead of waiting until next year like I had planned. I had used about 10% of the stored energy on the 880 so I plugged in the solar panel and watch the suns energy recharge the unit to 100% in a short time, the clouds came in and it was stil charging just a bit slower very cool. I was inmpressed with the shipping and tracking of the panel, quick and efficient, i will use Jackery again.

Love it. I started with a Jackery Solar Saga Mini 40 and a Goal Zero Sherpa 100AC. When I got the money to upgrade I looked at GZ panels but they don’t have the weather rating and have no dust rating. I live at 5,000 feet up in the hills of Southeastern AZ, wind blows 40 to 60 MPH daily and we get monsoons. I never worry about bringing these in. I’m unhoused for now but they even sent me the adapters I needed for free. When I’m back on my feet I can’t wait to try a Jackery power bank!

Have two piggybacked and in full sun, I only get 175W max. Overall, good purchase but disappointed I'm not getting closer to 200W.

I got a little frustrated with it because the directions were not included. I couldn't figure out hot to plug it in to my device. 6 u-tube videos later, I got it figured out and it works just fine. But it needs to have an instruction card or something.

I had another company do the same thing. We have lived in this new home for 7 years and I really thought GPS would update there maps. I love it! Hooked up 2 100 watt, portable SolarSaga panels on a concrete deck and as soon as I turned it on, I was receiving 204 watts. It settled out to between 194 and 200. The unit charged just as advertised.

*Update" I am updating my review to give 5stars. I appreciated Jackery customer service reaching out and their willingness to hear my concerns and make efforts to rectify any dissatisfaction. It is nice to see a company stand by its product and want to do right by customers.
*previous review* I don't really like leaving reviews for products especially if I haven't had it long enough to really experience it, but here you go. My previous solar saga 100w quit working and apparently there is not a way to have it repaired. Seems like a waste, but I did buy a new one. The new one is far less quality than the old one. The edges and the legs of the panel are rough and easily scratch me when I am setting it up. The part that goes into the jackery power station wiggles around and falls out easily. The cord is short and barely stretches from outside into the van where the power station is set up. It will not work with the extension cord I have that worked with my last solar saga 100w. But, it the panel itself works well enough.

Q: Why the solar can not produce 100W power when charging to Jackery power station?
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
Q: Is the solar panel waterproof?
A: It is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing (Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water). The zippers on the pocket can hold the power cords, and cover the power port.
Q: How to clean the solar panel surface?
