As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

It is rated as IP67 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The pocket's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.

We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

I purchased two Jackery Solarsaga 200w panels to add to my Explorer 1500 with two 100w solar panels which I had purchased last year. What a Great addition. More power with less wait to chrarge.

I own 8 solar saga 200 panels for use with most of the Jackery family (500,1000,1000 pro, 1500, 2000pro). To optimize solar input you need to aware of a few things.
1) if any part of the panel is in shade the solar input drops considerably.
2) if hooking up multiple panels to an adapter into one Jackery, all panels must be inputting the same amount of solar. If one panel is in shade the total input from the multiple panels will be less than expected.
3) there is an extremely large drop off in solar input if the panel is hot (over 160F). I ran experiments with all 8 panels on a hot summer day. Input dropped from 160 watts to 100 watts as the panel heated up from 75F to 165F with panel flat on a hot tub cover.
4) to mitigate heat issues and maximize solar input the panels should be not flat and pointing towards Sun at 90 degrees. It makes a difference of about 15 watts.
5) if you use the extension cable expect a drop of 13 watts from base line solar input.
6) I am in Vancouver, the best solar input I ever achieved was 170 watts. At our high latitude, the typical is 145 watts on a clear day assuming the panel isn’t too hot and pointed towards the sun.
7) The panel is more robust then advertised. As an experiment, I took one panel and mounted it on a pallet on my flat roof (where there is no shade) for the past five months. Not withstanding the panel being flat, I typically get 130-135 watts at noon and about 1 kilowatt per day. I just took the panel down, it looks identical to its peers kept mostly indoors. Jackery doesn’t recommend keeping the panel permanently mounted outside and will likely void the warranty of the panel, but it seems to work fine for me. Next April, after the rainy season is over I will add a second panel to my setup.

3000 Pro is a nice product. Purchased with 2 optional solar panels. Over $4,000 on sale. Why include 4 adapters that do nothing, and not include adapters to use the panels to take advantage of the panels. Why? ? ? to sell 2 adapters for $70 each. Disappointing!
