3000 Pro did the job

I bought the 3000 Pro with 500W solar panel a few weeks ago but did not charge it until a week or so later. Timing was perfect: on the same day we did grocery shopping, there was a major wildfire in our area of New Jersey (about 5 miles away). As a safety precaution, the power company shut down the power to our town and the neighboring town for 20 hours. The Jackery powered the fridge, wireless internet, room air purifier and a lamp, with the fridge plugged in overnight. We would have lost a full fridge and freezer worth of food. There was still about 50% charge the next morning. I then set up the solar panels to recharge. Four hours later, the utility turned on the power. Two suggestions: (1) Put labels on the AC and DC buttons on the front panel and (2) explain in the manual that you need to push the DC button to use the USB charge ports. Thanks. Great product.

Excellent system

This cable needs an adapter for use with the 1000 v2 . And it is not mentioned anywhere . the end of the extension cable (that doesn't have the adapter) is 7090 and needs to be 8020 . This should be stated in the info. for the extension cable.

This cable is a great addition!

Regardless what system you have, this cable is a great addition. They add a much needed amount of space between any configuration of panel placement and your solar generator. Personally, I used them to put the panels a decent distance away from the end of my RV and placed the generator under the RV to keep it protected from the sun and possible rain.

My opinion, if you buy a solar generator, get a set of these extension cables...they won't disappoint.

I really can’t think of anything that I would’ve changed about my whole experience with Jackery. The product is exceptional, the customer is like it wasn’t the old days – they see you as a customer not a number. I was especially impressed with the packaging and the instructions. Very straightforward and easy to follow. The packaging was very well crafted. I don’t know if this is a USA company but it feels like one. I have now bought two batteries from Jackery and I’m very happy with my purchase.
