A Capable, Easily Portable Battery Pack

I like these portable battery packs so much, I purchased three of them (and three of the associated cases). I keep one charger in each of three vehicles I own.

They charge quickly; zero percent (as delivered from Jackery) to one hundred percent in about two hours. I used a laptop AC charger rated at 160 watts DC output to charge them.

Please Note: Charging time is dependent upon both the maximum output of the charging device you use to charge the battery pack, and the rated throughput of the USB cable you use to connect the two devices. Make sure to use a USB cable rated for a full 100 watts throughput if you want to ensure the minimum charging time.

The display is very small, but text/images are sharp and clear. The information displayed is what you would expect: 1) Input rate 2) Output rate 3) Battery pack state of charge and 4) Error codes. (I have yet to see any error codes.)

As for high or low temperature operation, I haven’t yet used any of the battery packs in extreme temperatures so I can’t comment on this yet. (I do live in southern Arizona, and it is now the end of May 2025, so high temperatures are almost here…)

The battery packs are large enough to allow for charging of multiple devices at the same time, yet are small enough to be easily stored and carried with you. After all, what good is a battery pack if you don’t have it with you when you need it?

The battery packs appear to be very well made, at least from a cursory exterior inspection. The fit and finish of all surfaces is top-notch. I expect the battery packs to loose their ability to hold a charge long before the physical components deteriorate to the point of non-use.

My initial impression of the battery packs is overwhelmingly positive and I recommend purchasing.

Short bus to Alaska

Bought the Jackery 3000 to power our bus conversion. Worked out great. Really cut down Wiring time and components. Advantage is it comes out when we’re not using the bus and can be used for home backup.

Perfect for surviving small blackouts

Coincidentally, I recently received the product. During those days, there was a total blackout on the island of Puerto Rico. Thanks to the battery. I was able to stay connected to both the Internet and my rechargeable devices for two days. It's worth noting that they were small devices: my phone, a Bluetooth speaker, and my MacBook. I also used it to connect a small USB fan. Best of all, I was able to recharge the battery again while I went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Highly recommended for emergencies.

My granddaughter and I were in PR and power went out for about 14 hrs unit ran a lil fan and charged our cell phones. Only got down to 68% under load in that amount of time I highly recommend
