The generator works great for my RV, after I installed a soft start module on the air conditioner. The 30 amp outlet only supports a 20 amp load. Anything higher than that drives the generator into overcurrent protect. The solar panel cables are too short for my needs and the only extension cable Jackery sells doesn't work with the Explorer 2000 Pro. This detail also severely limits using the generator as a backup power source for my home since I can't place the generator anywhere near my breaker panel and still hookup the solar panels. Overall, its a nice generator for camp outs and for using with my RV but you have to modify your air conditioner to use it.
