So far, I am very happy with this purchase. It is showing 100% charge every day! I wish the purchase was easier for me though. I tried to contact your service center multiple times to try to understand best sales price and how to use my points. Not only did I not get actionable suggestions, now I find out that my 500+ points are all gone. All the reviews Ive read on line show the same pattern of non follow up and poor customer service. Not sure how I balance my product satisfaction with your current customer orientation.

I knew exactly what I was getting so it isn’t much of a complaining review but the extra 5 kWh is very useful to add to my explorer plus but I do wish it came with one plug? One bag? Something other than just being extra juice. Works great though

Works like it should

1 Jackery 5000 Plus , 2 Solar Saga 500 panels & plugged into grid power .
We run off of the 2 solar panels by day & charge off the grid after midnight because I'm charging on the slow cycle only charging to 85 percent & almost never going below 40 percent . We're powering an on demand hot water heater & a garage fridge . So now I'm seriously considering another 5000 plus bundle , with an STS & 2 more solar panels . You never know when the next hurricane is going to hit .
This system has worked extremely well as it's currently set up .
