    I have needed to use this generator once since I purchased it and it has not disappointed! I love the ease of use and how simple it is to use. I plan on upgrading in the future, but as of now this was a great buy for my family.

    Best of the Portable Models

    I started out with the 1000 Plus and 1 Expansion Battery. A couple months later I bought a second Expansion battery for extra run time. Then I bought a second 1000 Plus recently so I could have one Power Station and Expansion Battery on each end of the house for more Flexibility. I am very pleased with the product quality and reliability. I am now Ready for anything Mother Nature throws my way!

    Works well as designed for everything except solar. I've tried three different panels, including a Jackery. Customer service is not helpful and has stopped communicating back.

    So far, So great!

    My wife and I are photographers and have been exhibiting our creations at art shows for years. We always had a problem trying to find power for our lighting system when the exhibit was outdoors and we did not have ready access to power. We had explored many different options to power our lighting system but none of them were as convenient or as efficient as the Jackery 1000 that we recently purchased. Several shows in and the Jackery has been able to power our lighting system all day and still had power in reserve to charge my wife's iPad at the end of the day. Solid unit, easy to use and veruy efficient.

    I haven't used it much at all. The solar panels charged it, slowly. It is pretty heavy. I think that the weight was accurately described on the website.
