    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    Just what we needed

    The Jackery has been the perfect addition to our camping setup. We didn’t need a massive power station—just something reliable, easy to carry, and able to keep our essentials running. This little powerhouse checks every box.

    It’s sleek, compact, and incredibly portable. We love the design—sturdy but not bulky—and it fits right into our gear without taking up much space. What really sold us, though, is how well it performs in real-life situations. We often have friends hanging out at our campsite for hours, and without fail, someone always needs to charge their phone. The Jackery handles multiple devices with ease, and everyone is impressed with how quickly it charges.

    Good but Could Be Better

    The Bluetooth setup and WiFi connectivity is good but... I do not like the WiFi to go through the Jackery Cloud service. That is, my personal data has to go through the Jackery Cloud (or Jackery's subcontractor). This has the potential for abuse of my personal data. INSTEAD, Jackery should provide a LOCAL WiFi connection and BOTH a Smartphone App AND a Personal Computer App (preferably for Linux, Microsoft and Apple). Better still would be to provide an OPEN SOURCE API (application programming interface) so that third party software developers could write an app (for instance) for the Home Assistant home automation application. That would allow a more complete integration of the Jackery Explorer 1000 with the rest of my home automation system. The engineers at Jackery should make this system work the same way the "Shelly" brand of home automation devices work.

    I realize that the Jackery Explorer 1000 is meant for portable applications where WiFi connectivity would not be practical. But some end users, like myself, intend to use it for backup power in a fixed location (my home).

    Excellent choice for backup power

    We have frequent power outages in our area. I need to be able to power my CPAP machine as I have sleep apnea. I tried it out after I had the unit fully charged. One night's sleep with the CPAP used 48% of the battery. I plan to take this camping soon!
